mannn what an amazing experience.. Tre came and assessed my Durango's windshield, quickly found the reason why water was seaping down through and caused almost 2,000 dollars in electric damages that our car was in the shop for 2 months getting fixed. Removed the windshield with zero damage, resealed and put it back on in under an hour. THEN he fixed a rock chip that we didn't even talk about. Are you kidding me? If I ever and I mean ever need anything windshield related just know you just got yourself a life-long customer, I'm going straight to you! We appreciate you Tre, honestly.

My Mazda sedan's rear windshield randomly shattered (there wasn't anything on security cameras, i know the break looks sketchy) a week and a half ago while I was at work that morning. It wasn't drivable without getting glass everywhere. I called Aztek and their price was about $200 less than Safelite. I asked if they could do a mobile replacement and the man (Ruben? Adam?) On the phone said sure but they can't clean up the glass off the parking lot, which was fine, I'd happily do it. Two guys came out later that afternoon and were super friendly! The replacement took maybe an hour and they even vacuumed up some of the glass from under my rear car panels with a handheld vacuum I had. They cleaned up almost all of the glass from the parking lot too, and when I said the guy on the phone said they wouldn't do that, he was surprised and said he does. Either way I really appreciated it!! A couple days later I was going to see if my insurance would reimburse me for repair and so I called Aztek to see if there was an itemized receipt I could get, because the one I had looked shorter than the one I remembered the repair guys holding. The guy on the phone, same one as days before, was snarky about telling me that the receipt I had was the only one and was itemized. Tone makes a difference. Overall though I'd recommend, the repair guys were so friendly and helpful and maybe went above and beyond! Helped make a crappy day into a better one.

I had Fusion do a windshield replacement for me. I requested a quote from their website and Brandon was quick to contact me. I opted to run everything through insurance because of the cost having to recalibrate everything after the install due to cameras in my vehicle. The team contacted my insurance agency for me and got everything setup for me, with me just needing to do a quick verification and authorization. They got me added to their schedule quickly, and conveniently came to my home to do the replacement. The guys doing the replacement and recalibration were professional, quick, and did a great job. As fate would have it, 5 days later we took a rock on the freeway. I contacted Brandon and he had someone to my house within 10 minutes to repair the rock chip and it looks great. Brandon and his team have been great to work with, and I will definitely be using them for all of my future windshield needs. While in the middle of a move from WA to TX, my wife and I were headed south on I-84 when a truck kicked up a baseball sized rock that hit our windshield and instantly shattered it. After pulling over and vacuuming up the glass at a gas station we called a few shops en route, but no one could get us in for several days. We called Icon and they figured out how to get us in the same day and made sure they had a windshield on hand. When we finally made it to the shop, they immediately got my truck in and started working on it right away. An hour later the new windshield was in and we were back on our way headed south. The whole team did an amazing job of taking care of us when we really needed it, and the pricing was very reasonable. If you need glass, I would highly recommend them.

One day, while working on a rear speaker install on my project car -- a 2006 Nissan Sentra SE-R -- I was trying to strip the stereo wire by pulling on it in an upward direction. As the plastic sheathing of the wire gave way, the wire cutter flung upwards and smashed a hole in the rear window glass -- stoopid 🤬 I figured that the damage I did wouldn't be able to be repaired for at least a day, if I was lucky. This was a real bummer cuz I was scheduled to leave on a road trip on Saturday morn in said project car and I didn't have much faith that I could find a replacement rear glass within 24 hrs on a weekend for a fair price. So the next morning, I reached out to Low Price Auto Glass, which I had noticed during several visits to Pick-N-Pull (PNP) on 33rd South. I assumed Low Price would have recycled glass from junked cars since they shared the same parking lot as PNP, which wouldn't have been a big deal to me -- reduce, reuse, recycle! So, I decided to move my departure date to Sunday after I spoke to Jillian, who offered a fair price AND same day install! I dropped the car off around 10am and I picked up my SE-R sometime before noon. I was pleasantly surprised that the glass was brand new! I drove outta there with a great looking, clean and clear piece of glass! BONUS: a messy DIY tint job -- bubbles and haze -- was removed with the old broken glass, leaving me with a great opportunity to retint all the windows if I wanted (Jillian even recommended a tint person who could do all my windows for $50 less than another tint shop). Also, the new rear window defroster worked as expected! My experience with Jillian and his Crüe at Low Price Auto Glass was top notch -- great price, great value, great quality, good workmanship and perfect timing ...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’ve been to Raul for a number of windshields. I think he’s alright, I call him first anytime I need a replacement because he is definitely fast, and his pricing is fair.
