mannn what an amazing experience.. Tre came and assessed my Durango's windshield, quickly found the reason why water was seaping down through and caused almost 2,000 dollars in electric damages that our car was in the shop for 2 months getting fixed. Removed the windshield with zero damage, resealed and put it back on in under an hour. THEN he fixed a rock chip that we didn't even talk about. Are you kidding me? If I ever and I mean ever need anything windshield related just know you just got yourself a life-long customer, I'm going straight to you! We appreciate you Tre, honestly.

We needed our windshield and driver windows replaced so we could get on the road. Hayden came the next day and he did a fantastic job! He was efficient and proficient , very professional ! He was very personable as we chatted while he installed the windows. We didn’t know who to get to do these windows and called around to only get recordings! When you see a business with 100% 5 star reviews, you might think, like I did, that it seems fishy. How is that possible? But after I called and they beat the pants off of every quote I had, and they did some juggling to fit me into their schedule same day, I decided to take a chance. And it paid off. All I gotta say is WOW! The urgency and detail this team of experts showed when I called for a replacement was unbelievable. I was impressed. They came to my house and did a great job and were careful and quick to swap my windshield. I will be using them again when needed. Not even safelite compares to these guys. Tre and Hayden were the most helpful and considerate people!! Hayden fixed my passenger side window in literally 45 minutes and cleaned all the glass out of my car for me!!! There were unforeseen complications that resulted in needing further help after the job was completed, and Tre came back to help me with those shortly after. Cannot recommend these guys enough. They were wonderful to work with. Will be going back for my windshield here shortly!

I needed a windshield ASAP and called all around and was told next week or in a couple of days but when I called Authentic Glass for my daughter's Audi q5, they where nice and professional but the best part was they were out in less than an hour with the windshield and installed it right on site. I have their number saved. I highly recommend them. Thanks for the quick service. Oh yeah, they were cheaper than everyone else.

After calling around for quotes on replacing my windshield, Authentic gave me the most competitive price. Rather surprised at the price differences (of the bigger outfits). Other companies offer “extras” I don’t deem necessary. Installer was promptly on time, very careful with my vehicle and personable. Scheduling was easy and expedient. Overall I’m very happy and satisfied with the service and experience!

these guys are great. my entire back windshield ripped off randomly and i was so worried about how to even begin to handle it. i called around and the team here were the only ones who were empathetic and kind enough to figure out the why behind what happened. they made me feel so much more reassured, got me scheduled right away and all my stress was gone by noon the next day. absolute 10/10 service

I cant recommend Tre and his guy Hayden at Authentic Auto Glass enough. I've had multiple windshields replaced by them and they've done a fantastic job each time. I always like to support a local business when I can, but Tre makes that choice easy with much better pricing and customer service than the big glass repair companies out there. I won't go anywhere else for my glass repair needs.

I can’t remember the name of the technician, but he arrived early and had my windshield replaced in under an hour.
