I had the most wonderful experience in replacing my windshield after a traumatic event caused It to be necessary. The convenience of them being able to come out to me was amazing, I work a lot and didn’t have the time to take a day off to fix my windshield. The technician, Nathan, was able to come out earlier so he contacted me to check my availability. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and detail he took, including changing my stickers and clings to my new windshield and making sure it was cleaned on the inside and outside prior to completion, this saved me two other trips. 10/10 would recommend. I will be staying with my insurance provider in the future to ensure that Safelite will take care of my windshield in the future. So impressed. Thank you, Nathan!

Super easy. They called me to set up appointments, finding the right shop and worked with me on times. The technician was waiting by the door for me when I got there to take my keys. The receptionist was really nice, brought out a space heater for me because it was snowing and would get cold when the door was opened. They have s little coffee station that was very convenient seeing how I was the first one there and mornings aren’t my thing. They finished right when they said they would, even vacuumed my front floor mats. The place might be a little hard to find if you don’t know the area, and there are a lot of Semi’s that drive around that area. So maybe give yourself and extra 10mins just Incase you get stuck behind one.

Took my truck to get a small chip repaired. I came out with a whole 2-3 inch crack. They didn’t even inform me that this had happened when I picked it up. When bringing I brought it up, they continued to mention a waiver. I never signed a waiver. They immediately offered to replace the windshield for the cost of my “low deductible”. So they did a horrible job on my repair but now want me to trust them and pay them for a whole other service. Their service seems dishonest all around and they took zero ownership of the issue. I took it to get fixed and drove off with it worse. Do not recommend. Extremely dissatisfied with this service and company.

Negatives: - It is all through a call center. You can not get through to the location for additional questions. - Was not done right the first time and was told it was- even though there was a large gap between the window frame and the windshield. This caused air to rush in while driving. - Even when we questioned the work, they pushed us out the door and told us we needed to let it dry. When we pushed the issue after leaving with the call center they allowed us to come back and finally fixed it. (over 45 minutes on the phone) Positives: -Correct windshield was replaced -Finally fixed it and air does not rush in anymore.

:I recently used Safelite Auto Glass to repair a rock chip on my Ford pickup, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and efficient. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, clearly explaining the repair process before getting started. He worked quickly but with great attention to detail, leaving my truck looking as good as new. The repaired chip is barely noticeable. I highly recommend Safelite Auto Glass for anyone in need of glass repairs or replacement. Their excellent customer service and high-quality work exceeded my expectations!

Broke my windshield!!! Litteraly prepared me for it too, told me how unfortunate he has been and broke Tesla's windshield just a day before, all this while attempting to fix a small rock chip on my car. He didn't cool it down enough yet the pressure is super heavy....and so yea, he broke my windahield! Told me I'm lucky I have the insurance to get it covered, and I should have them replace it for me. Makes me think he breaks people's windshields just so they get bigger bill out of you! No, thank you! Ill give my business to someone who is good at their profession!!

Safelite’s online scheduler is very easy to navigate when scheduling and rescheduling appointments. They send appointment reminders and keep you informed on their ETA. Their technician was very professional and accommodating through the entire process and sent aftercare reminders the following day. Dallas was awesome to work with and was able to squeeze me in same day even though I had missed his arrival due to me failing to notify that my doorbell was broke. In addition, he was very helpful in replacing the wipers on my car and my daughter’s car.

I made an appointment for a Thursday to have safelight come to my house to replace my windshield. Technician Spyder came to my house that day to start the process. It was windy, cold, and about to snow. We decided to reschedule for the following week. Well the next week came and it snowed that day as well. Spyder arranged for me to bring my car into a nearby shop to get it done. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my time. Thank you Spyder for making my experience smooth even tho we had some weather problems.

The fact that it's almost impossible to get ahold of somebody over the phone, is absurd. The automated system is literally just started to tell you to solve your own problems on their website, or suck it up. Because the automated system will literally tell you to answer any of your own questions online, and then hang up on you. I was literally trying to give you people my money and you refuse to speak to your customers over the phone. For this being such a large company, you guys act like a scam.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. First, I found handwritten notes on my receipt stating that my car—clearly a manual—was driven by a technician who didn’t know how to operate it. They attempted to reverse but instead drove it forward, hitting a curb hard enough to cause visible damage. On top of that, I was charged twice for the windshield replacement. This level of carelessness and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I expected far better service and professionalism.
