One day, while working on a rear speaker install on my project car -- a 2006 Nissan Sentra SE-R -- I was trying to strip the stereo wire by pulling on it in an upward direction. As the plastic sheathing of the wire gave way, the wire cutter flung upwards and smashed a hole in the rear window glass -- stoopid 🤬 I figured that the damage I did wouldn't be able to be repaired for at least a day, if I was lucky. This was a real bummer cuz I was scheduled to leave on a road trip on Saturday morn in said project car and I didn't have much faith that I could find a replacement rear glass within 24 hrs on a weekend for a fair price. So the next morning, I reached out to Low Price Auto Glass, which I had noticed during several visits to Pick-N-Pull (PNP) on 33rd South. I assumed Low Price would have recycled glass from junked cars since they shared the same parking lot as PNP, which wouldn't have been a big deal to me -- reduce, reuse, recycle! So, I decided to move my departure date to Sunday after I spoke to Jillian, who offered a fair price AND same day install! I dropped the car off around 10am and I picked up my SE-R sometime before noon. I was pleasantly surprised that the glass was brand new! I drove outta there with a great looking, clean and clear piece of glass! BONUS: a messy DIY tint job -- bubbles and haze -- was removed with the old broken glass, leaving me with a great opportunity to retint all the windows if I wanted (Jillian even recommended a tint person who could do all my windows for $50 less than another tint shop). Also, the new rear window defroster worked as expected! My experience with Jillian and his Crüe at Low Price Auto Glass was top notch -- great price, great value, great quality, good workmanship and perfect timing ...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Hands down worst shop experience ever!!! Please avoid this place if you care about your car and your safety! Filing court papers now will update, Had front windshield replaced on my 2009 Subaru, let’s start with the 2 hour wait in a smelly rat nest. After work was competed I was quickly hurried off and was told to go without inspecting the car. Plastic molding for mirror wired was missing and I had to let them know to please reinstall it. Glass and debris was everywhere no attempt to clean up. After returning home I noticed the molding around the glass they used was just a universal molding not oem or car specific. It was 2 inches short on one side and 1 inch short on the other leaving the window exposed, looks like a kid cut it. My plastic corner pieces of the car were cut and damaged and paint chips everywhere. After returning to the owner and having explained my issues over the phone, he attempted to put cut pieces of trim back in where it was missing. But the glue has already dried and it’s just not possible. Now I have a damaged car with a improper windshield and out $220. Please please please save your money and go else where! Auto Glass Now is just down the street! They have great reviews and only quoted me $20 more for new windshield and OEM molding. I went to this shop based on the reviews - most of the nearby locations had really terrible reviews, so I was excited to see someone who seemed reliable and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I am now paying heavily for that mistake. I pulled in with a chip at the very bottom of the windshield. The employee went right to work repairing it, seemingly not concerned at all. After he finished, there was a 2” crack coming up from the chip. He noted that he had expected cracking, but not in that direction. He told me he wouldn’t charge me (um, sure hope not!) and then went about preventing the crack from growing any more. Unfortunately, he didn’t take any other preventative measures needed due to his “repair.” Another crack (presumably the one he said he expected to grow) had formed and, in the 24 hours since I left the shop, has grown 5” across the windshield, and still growing. This will likely require a highly expensive windshield replacement, from what should have been a $20 chip repair. Honestly, I would have been fine if he had told me he wasn’t able to repair the chip and simply sent me on my way. Instead, he took on a job he clearly wasn’t prepared to handle and cost me hundreds of dollars with his carelessness.

Do NOT book with Jordan. He does NOT keep his word and he does NOT value your time. Jordan replaced three of my car's windshields. He promised that since he did three of our cars he will fix any rock chips for life. Well, my daughter needed a rock chip repair, and she scheduled an appointment with him. On the day of the appointment when she arrived to get her chip fixed, he canceled saying that it was raining and he can't do it, but in reality it was because he forgot and he double booked. He scheduled with her the next day, and she agreed to meet him the next day. On the next day, he canceled on her last minute saying that he isn't available that day either. My daughter told him that she is frustrated that he kept on canceling last minute and wasting her time. Instead of apologizing and making it right, he told her to go somewhere else. My wife called him to try to make things right, but he still would not schedule an appointment, he expects my daughter to just come when he is free and the time is right for him instead of making an actual appointment. So my daughter had to go Auto Glass Now down the street and pay $50 to fix it. We do not recommend this place, and we especially do not recommend Jordan!

Not a very good experience. My car had windshield glue left on the dashboard and side molding. There was residual dirt left on floor and entry molding. I asked for cleaning materials to clean the mess myself. Was offered no help to clean up the mess they made. Manager offered no apologies and didn't even care. I won't be back nor do I recommend this establishment. You get what you pay for. Three days later now, the rubber trim did not seat properly. Hoping they will repair without hassle. I will update once I visit them again. Such a inconvenience! Just went back for "warranty" work. My advice, don't give this establishment your money. Terrible, and I mean terrible customer service. They slapped some glue and taped the areas on my windshield that didn't steal properly. I asked what to do if it didn't reseal properly again and they said "don't come back to us". Really?!?! My final opinion is that if you really don't care about your car then this is the place for you. Otherwise, spend the extra $50.00 elsewhere and save yourself the hassle. Worse place ever!! Oh, five days later now. "Warranty work on window seal didn't work. Surprise.

I've been coming to this place for over 10 years now. My buddy referred me back then, and I've referred multiple people as well. This place does the best job, and they use high quality windshields each time I've been here! The staff is extremely friendly and on this occasion I was showing one of the staff members about the 2 dents I had on the car. He explanined to me how to fix the back dent, but the side door dent he went ahead and within 2 minutes or less, he popped it out for me for free of charge! These guys have always treated me with the upmost respect and courtesy and I will always continue to come here with any window issue I have! They are fast, efficient and have the best prices around, hands down! I would never think of using a different windshield replace shop than LOW PRICE AUTO GLASS!! My girlfriend took my car here to get the windshield replaced while I was at work one day. They were very nice, very friendly, fairly priced, definitely cheaper than safelite auto, as well as very efficient in their work. My girlfriend had 0 complaints about the experience, until she went to get out of my car and realized my door handle was snapped in half. My door handle didn't properly work before, but now it was snapped in half. She called me to let me know what happened and I called the shop immediately. The owner verified which car was mine and without further questioning he told me he just ordered a new handle and I could bring it back in the next day to have the handle replaced. They did exceptional work both times. The owner is a very hard worker that takes pride in what he does and it shows. I can't see myself going anywhere else now for glass repair. So, this is the cheapest place you can go to get rock chips repaired….. just remember that 😂 there’s not an “office” or anything. Just the garage. No place to sit, so I just hung out standing by the fence. When you pull up in the parking area you just kind of loiter around the garage u til someone comes and talks to you😁The guy said maybe four words to me and I really didn’t know what was going on most the time cause they all spoke to each other in Spanish. But he was nice enough! It took about half an hour to do two rock chips. They are getting a five star review because of the price! Not the service folks! You aren’t paying for anything except getting the rock chips repaired here:) nothing else haha! So if you’re low on cash and don’t need a fancy repair place to sit in and be comfy, this is your place!

Inexpensive glass at affordable prices. The boss (the owner) and his crew are always friendly and prompt. Even when busy they get me out of there in as good of time as possible. Today was my third time needing a windshield from them (different cars). I got in early with nobody in front of me, and was back on the road within 45 minutes max (wasn't in a great big hurry so I wasn't exactly running a stop watch). It's a no frills waiting room without any coffee or soda machines, but that isn't important to me. With the amount of money that can be saved by doing business here I can bring plenty of my own refreshments. As long as this place is open, and as long as I stay in the Salt Lake area, I will continue to be a customer here.
