Fusion Windshield

My partner originally called this company for a quote on a new windshield for my car. They took all my partners information and never called him back. A week passed and I called asking for our quote. The woman I spoke to stated that she didn’t know why we were never called back and that the previous technician must not have saved any of our information because the quote was never processed and they had none of our information on file. Kind of irritating and a bit irresponsible, but not a big deal in the grand scheme. I was provided a new quote and within a couple hours a technician called to schedule my windshield replacement which would be four days later. He didn’t explain the process of installation or even let me know how I would need to pay. I had to question the process to understand what was going to happen. That was a little bit of another red flag. Then the literal day before my appointment, I get a phone call from the same woman who couldn’t find our information previously, and she stated that as my appointment approached they realized their supplier didn’t have my glass. She explained that their supplier had several of these windshields three days ago when my appointment was scheduled, but as they went to pick my windshield up the day before my appointment, the supplier had sold everything. She offered to reschedule my appointment out for another two weeks. I expressed that this was frustrating and I couldn’t reschedule as I’m leaving out of state. I expressed that I thought it was irresponsible the way that they handled this situation and the rep began to be condescending and dismissive. When I said I felt that it was unprofessional to call me the day before my appointment and cancel she told me to “calm down” I asked for a price on OEM glass because the quote I was given was on an aftermarket windshield. She stated the price but insinuated it would be too expensive for me. I felt extremely disrespected the way that this situation was handled and from the jump they were irresponsible. I did end up getting angry at the end, cussed and hung up, I had had enough and wasn’t going to be talked down to when they’re the ones who had been unreliable and unprofessional from The time my partner first made the initial phone call.

I had Fusion do a windshield replacement for me. I requested a quote from their website and Brandon was quick to contact me. I opted to run everything through insurance because of the cost having to recalibrate everything after the install due to cameras in my vehicle. The team contacted my insurance agency for me and got everything setup for me, with me just needing to do a quick verification and authorization. They got me added to their schedule quickly, and conveniently came to my home to do the replacement. The guys doing the replacement and recalibration were professional, quick, and did a great job. As fate would have it, 5 days later we took a rock on the freeway. I contacted Brandon and he had someone to my house within 10 minutes to repair the rock chip and it looks great. Brandon and his team have been great to work with, and I will definitely be using them for all of my future windshield needs. Absolutely AMAZING! I’ve never cracked or chipped my window before, I had no idea what to do. I looked up “safelite” and they were not helpful gave me an estimated quote of $114.99 for a chip the size of my pinky nail (I even tried to confirm the price and its was an automated system) So I continued to look and found Fusion! So happy they answered on the first ring and it was a human! Not some robot! The gentleman was VERY professional and could tell I wasn’t prepare or knew what to do with the situation. He ask what insurance I have (PROGRESSIVE) he told me what would happen and confirmed with my insurance it wouldnt cost a thing! AND they came to me! The gentleman who came walked me through what he was doing and gave me a sticker to call if anything happens or if I have questions! 100% will be referring them and I hope I won’t need to but I’ll be using them again! I took a nasty rock chip on the way to work after having a new wind shield installed last month, I was extremely worried about this chip spider webbing out with the snow/heat we had within the last 24 hours, so I immediately started shopping around looking for a way to get it fixed ASAP so it didn’t get worst and needing a another wind shield. I happened to request info and just to text me as I was at work and Brandon was outstanding from start to finish. Rock chipped our windshield on the way to an amusement park. Googled auto glass repair and selected a more nationally known company. It took forever for them to give me a simple quote. So I gave up and searched up Fusion. They gave me a great estimate over the phone and sent Collin out right away. Collin arrived quickly, noticed another smaller chip that I didn’t see and said he would repair that one as well at no extra charge. Collin finished the repair flawlessly and quickly. Great service, great business. Total time from start to finish about 20-30 minutes. I was able to get the windshield repaired and did not lose hardly any time with my family at the amusement park. I got my windshield replaced for cheaper here than other places I got quotes from. They came to my house and replaced it quickly. After I drove it for a little bit, I noticed some wind sounds that sounded like they were coming through there windshield. I called up fusion and mentioned this and they came out within a day or two to evaluate and replace the windshield at no additional cost. I was not expecting this great service. After driving it again briefly, it sounds like the wind and engine noises are no longer coming through the windshield as I guess it was sealed a little more carefully or thoroughly this time. I will definitely use a company again that provides such a good customer experience for lower price than others.

I was told at the dealership on Saturday that John would contact me Monday. John called me within the 8 a.m. hour Monday morning, providing clear and professional instruction and walking me through the process. Brandon the windshield specialist, arrived at my house not 45 minutes later. Brandon provided the most professional windshield chip repair I’ve ever witnessed with speed. He was very friendly and informative during the 7 or so minutes he was here. His work took my quarter sized chip down to about the size of the tip of a pen. Thanks Fusion! The dealership has recommended Fusion Windshield to replace the windshield of my car. My quote with these guys was quoted by Jon at $587.02. I informed Jon that this is double what everyone else is charging, including recalibration. He hit me up again today to see if I would buy his windshield. I reminded him of how overpriced he is. My response from him was "go for it, stop wasting my time". Now I want to know whom is wasting whom time? I never reached out to him, he reached out to me! Is this really how customer service works these days? Jon, if you're reading this, I suggest you take a course or 2 in customer service relations! Good luck JON!

I can’t say enough great things about Fusion, and I will recommend them to everyone! I had tried to get my windshield replaced for months with another company, but they kept canceling my appointment saying my glass was on back order. This went on for months and I could never seem to get an actual person on the phone to help me. My dealership recommended Fusion, and within an hour of me filling out my info online, someone called me to schedule my appointment for that same week. My technician was so nice, efficient, and kind. It was such a relief to finally have my glass replaced, and I’m so happy I have a go to for this service in the future.
