Shattered my windshield on my way to work. Gave them a call because they were refered by a coworker and in under an hour and a half someone was at my work changing it out for me! My driver side window was shattered and I called and they were able to get it fixed the next morning. It only took about 45 minutes & it looks amazing. Cody was very helpful and they have the best prices out of all the estimates I got. Definitely will be recommending them & going back to them in the future. Thanks!

Caliber had done a great job on some body repair on my other car so I called them when my rear window broke on my Rav4. The tech repaired my glass in about 40 minutes. It looks great & does NOT leak. He did a great job & would highly recommend Caliber for glass & collision repair.PositiveProfessionalism

My experience with Caliber was awesome. They handled everything with my insurance, and sent Austin to do my windshield replacement. He was on time, professional, and communicated very well. I was very happy with the whole process!

He cleaned all the glass on the ground. I highly recommend Caliber Glass and we also use Caliber Collision we go nowhere else. Awful mistake on our part and we will be reporting this to the insurance. We had a windshield replaced on August 6th. It was originally scheduled for August 5th, but the technician doing the install wanted to do it outside the scheduled time frame which did not work for our schedule so we happily agreed to move it a day. Upon install- the technician broke the trim around our window. We understood that things happen, and the technician said they'd be replacing it quickly so we were happy with the situation. After 10 days of hearing nothing, we reached out asking if there was an ETA on the part coming in so that they could fix the part that they damaged. We were told it would arrive on the 29th of August. We were fine waiting. We reached out again after still not hearing anything. We were told there's still no ETA on it. We expressed that we're finally getting frustrated and were told to take it up with management. When asked for the information were instructed to "Google it". The lack of communication and complete lack of customer service with this company is appalling. We just want them to fix what they broke and to communicate with us during the process. Absolutely would not recommend using this company.
