My Mazda sedan's rear windshield randomly shattered (there wasn't anything on security cameras, i know the break looks sketchy) a week and a half ago while I was at work that morning. It wasn't drivable without getting glass everywhere. I called Aztek and their price was about $200 less than Safelite. I asked if they could do a mobile replacement and the man (Ruben? Adam?) On the phone said sure but they can't clean up the glass off the parking lot, which was fine, I'd happily do it. Two guys came out later that afternoon and were super friendly! The replacement took maybe an hour and they even vacuumed up some of the glass from under my rear car panels with a handheld vacuum I had. They cleaned up almost all of the glass from the parking lot too, and when I said the guy on the phone said they wouldn't do that, he was surprised and said he does. Either way I really appreciated it!! A couple days later I was going to see if my insurance would reimburse me for repair and so I called Aztek to see if there was an itemized receipt I could get, because the one I had looked shorter than the one I remembered the repair guys holding. The guy on the phone, same one as days before, was snarky about telling me that the receipt I had was the only one and was itemized. Tone makes a difference. Overall though I'd recommend, the repair guys were so friendly and helpful and maybe went above and beyond! Helped make a crappy day into a better one.

Pros: I was given a quote and was able to schedule an appointment the following day for a chip repair when I sent the quote during the evening. The following appointment for the next day, I was able to come in and the job was done in 15 minutes. For a chip repair, the price was reasonable. Cons: I understand that with the nature that is chips on windshields that there is only so much that can be done with cosmetic repair, and that structural repair to prevent crack widening is the most important. Additionally, some cracks can be more complex than surface level damage. However, I can still see the outline of the resin cured to fill the damage. While the chip is significantly better, it's still an eyesore especially with the outline of resin in the before and after pics. I am NOT happy as this is a new car that I got for a graduation gift, and so if I would have known that this is the best that could be done, I would've just done it myself with a chip repair kit for $15 max.

Was on my way to SLC airport when a good size rock kicked up from the truck in front of me and bashed my windshield. So after cussing like a sailor, I looked for a good windshield repair place nearby. Aztek came highly recommended. Rudy was able to get me right in as I live 3 hours away, and got a windshield installed in 90 minutes. I also saw a Utah Highway Patrol officer bringing his patrol vehicle to get worked on. That's a good indicator. The cops know who the good places are and if they trust it, the place must be good. The price was competitive but the service was excellent with a friendly, competent staff. They even removed the state park pass sticker from my old winshield and replaced it on the new windshield.

These guys are outstanding. My sons a football player at Utah this morning on his way to practice he caught a thief breaking into his truck shattering the passenger window. I'm in so Cal so obviously I needed to find someone honest and reliable in Salt Lake. My son needed the window fixed same day. We took a gamble on Aztek based on positive reviews.They were not only super fast to respond to my inquiry, everything about their communication and customer service was professional. They were reasonably priced and honest. My son rolled in they immediately got to work, replaced the window and he was on his way. Don't go anywhere else, it's a garauntee with them. We were driving from California to Yellowstone and were making a pit stop at the KOA in Salt Lake when a rock nailed our front windshield on our Winnebago (2016 View). So I read the reviews and took a chance to see if they had our windshield in stock and they did. I called them in the morning since we still had 3 hours of drive time and they worked their magic when we arrived. They came to our campsite when we got there and installed it in about 45min. I would recommend them to anyone that lives in the area or passing by. They were honest, reliable, and a great price compared to California prices ;-). Thanks again for all the hard work to replace our windshield!!

Needed to have three rock chips repaired. Called my insurance company and set up a claim to have all three repaired. They sent the info to the shop and I made an appt. When I got there the owner said the insurance company only authorized enough money to fix one of the three. I called my insurance back and they confirmed the claim was set up to repair three and the shop accepted the job. The owner berated me and told me no one in town would do it for that price and he would only be able to do one and I could come back later to have the others fixed. Find anywhere else to do your auto glass work

Aztec does a great job repairing windshields & doing it in a timely manner. I was on my out of town when I got a huge crack down the drivers view of my windshield, Aztec got me in right away and fixed my windshield on my Chevy spark! I was off to my vacation in no time! Two weeks later my dad needed his windshield replaced and Aztec got him in right away to replace all passenger windows on his Ford 350! We definitely will be referring all of our family and friends here for their great service and great pricing compared to others!! Thank you again!

I highly recommend Aztek Auto Glass! They got me in same day with a front windshield replacement on my Mini Cooper. Quick and efficient job well done, very friendly, and the best price I could find. Unfortunately I got a rock chip in my windshield that weekend (still had the tape on my windshield!) I called Aztek again on Monday and they offered to repair the chip for free. Aztec Auto Glass saved us last week! Some jerk smashed one of our car windows in the middle of the night. Five days of rain were on the forecast. All the other window replacement businesses in SLC gave us an estimate of 7 days. Rudy was able to fix our window within 5 hours. He came to our house to the work. His crew did a professional job, and the new window looks fantastic. We are so grateful for the fast, friendly service--and for the reasonable cost! I chose Aztek Auto Glass because when I called them to ask about how much it would cost to fix a dent in my windshield they told me that I could pay them in full or I could go through my insurance and get it for free. I was impressed by the honesty because I'm sure it's not always the easiest for them to deal with insurance! They fixed the dent in less than 20 minutes while I sat in their warm waiting room that has wifi so I was able to get some work done. They were kind and effective! Definitely recommend!
