I had a crack in my windshield and contacted Hugo for the repair. I sent him the picture and he provided the estimate. There was one other location that I had called but after looking at the pic they said it needs a replacement. I decided to go with Hugo since he said the crack can be repaired 100%. He arrived exactly at the time he promised, which I really appreciated. Throughout the process, Hugo explained clearly what he was doing and made sure I understood how the repair would help. He did an excellent job—the crack looks great after the repair. What impressed me most was his professionalism and honesty. He provided a warranty on the work and assured me that if the crack spreads, the repair cost will be deducted from a full windshield replacement. Had my back van window broken by kids & cracked front windshield replaced in an emergency. They came next day to my house. Not only installed quickly, gave me a decent price, plus even cleaned up much of the broken glass in the back. This is second time I've used them (first time a few years back). Greatly satisfied & highly recommend them.
