This place is amazing. I was in a jam, tight on money because I'm paying for school and had some family emergency happen, and after helping my fiance drop his son off in Houston and head back to Dallas, a rock hit my windshield. I was so freaked and upset. Within a couple of days, the crack got worse, super bad, stretching across my windshield horizontally in half. I got quotes and people wanted $800+ for my windshield replacement. Safelite was the most expensive. Almost $1K!!!! My car insurance deductible is set to $1K. So my coworker told me about this place, it was far for me to drive, about 40 minutes, but the price was worth it. I got here and they helped me out quick. I spent less than half of that on my windshield and it was done right! The customer service is great. They are super efficient and knowledgeable. Don't let the looks of the place intimidate you. These guys know their business and they will deliver great services. I highly recommend them to everyone in the DFW area. Thank you guys so much for helping me out!!

OUTSTANDING! WOW Love it!. They replaced my windshield on my 08 altima quick, fast and easy. I had it replaced about 7 days ago. No wind noise or leak or anything. The only bad was he was in the area early and called if he can come early. I said im sorry im not home. He said ok, he was going to another job then he would be at my home. My apt time was at 4-5pm. I arrived home at 3:50 I called to let him know no answer left VM - Then next thing I know around 6 I get call saying that he is outside. He appoligized he was a little late, and it didnt bother me one bit. I understand service companies can run late. I would recommend them to anyone. Great Job Guys ** Heather - Valley Ranch

Save yourself peace of mind and call someone else. Used this company to repair a cracked windshield on site. Opened my car door to discover a razor in the driver's seat along with broken pieces of glass and black sealant. Vacuumed up this mess. After driving a few minutes, noticed the rear view mirror is very loose. Got on the highway only to hear wind coming through the front windshield. Sounds like we have a window rolled down. I'm almost speechless with how awful of a job was performed. How could nothing have been done correctly? Obviously will have to chalk this up as an expensive learning experience because anyone this bad clearly does not care about customer service.

went in for small spider crack on windshield, repair tech drilled into my windshield with Dremel and cracked windshield. Management said ole well he should of told you it might crack. i have never in 66 years had a windshield crack while getting a a small spider fixed. Nor have i ever seen someone drill into the crack before repair, there was no hole before he started now I have a six inch crack. manager refused to replace windshield . do not let these guys work on your windshield you will regret it.Only consolation is to take them to small claims court with are my intentionsNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I called early afternoon & they said “Come in now if you have time.” I did not I could come in the morning?? “I will send a text. You text me back with your address & I will send technicians in the morning.” OMG They were scheduled around 11am They arrived 11:08 & were gone by 11:45 Quoted on phone was price I paid, No Disposal fee, No fee to come to my home.. I contacted multiple glass replacement companies. This was the best priced. Also, they came that day about 4 hours after i called. The person told me he would arrive between 2-3 pm at my work office where my car was parked. He arrived around 2:40 like he said and was completely finished within 30 minutes. My windshield had to be completely replaced since it had a huge crack completely across it. He was very efficient and fast. They also took debit card. My windshield looks amazing now and it was affordable. Awesome job! I would recommend and use again.

Today I called Diamond Auto Glass & spoke with Jose. I told him I needed a quote for a front windshield and back glass since we recently had a hail storm. They gave me a great quote for my 96 Toyota Camry & even came out to my house to replace the glass at no extra charge the same day before my appointment time slot🤯 They did an outstanding job, fast & friendly, honest great service! Fast, affordable and efficient! Great customer service. Wow, this place is so awesome! They were able to fit me in the next day after a huge hail storm and completed the job within the hour. Safelite wanted to charge me over $1000 to replace my windshield. Diamond auto glass only charged us $400 for the parts and labor and they drove out to Arlington as well to complete the job. They did such an incredible job for an AMAZING price! I called 10 other places and no one could do it in the timeframe I needed (same day) and everyone else was charging a ton! They came within one hour of me calling and got the job done in 40 minutes! They saved my weekend! I’m so happy I went with them!
