Autospecs glass is amazing! I Googled “windshield replacement near me” and they came up and I saw they had an overall 5 star review. That’s rare! I called to learn more and spoke with Shardiae. She was very sweet and kind and told me their process and gave me a quote. Great price! She also conferenced me in with my insurance company and they processed my claim in less than 10 minutes. Shardiae went above and beyond! She called me a few days later to inform me that my insurance company will cover an OEM windshield. She was genuinely excited for me. Shardiae made my experience an 11 out of 10. Off the charts amazing customer service and hospitality!!! When I came in to have my windshield replaced, she made me feel at home. Offered me coffee, snacks, plus they have WiFi so I could work while they replaced my windshield. Once complete, the technician, Jeff, explained what they did and the process to follow for the next couple of days. Super easy. He was nice and friendly! This place is amazing. I was in a jam, tight on money because I'm paying for school and had some family emergency happen, and after helping my fiance drop his son off in Houston and head back to Dallas, a rock hit my windshield. I was so freaked and upset. Within a couple of days, the crack got worse, super bad, stretching across my windshield horizontally in half. I got quotes and people wanted $800+ for my windshield replacement. Safelite was the most expensive. Almost $1K!!!! My car insurance deductible is set to $1K. So my coworker told me about this place, it was far for me to drive, about 40 minutes, but the price was worth it. I got here and they helped me out quick. I spent less than half of that on my windshield and it was done right! The customer service is great. They are super efficient and knowledgeable. Don't let the looks of the place intimidate you. These guys know their business and they will deliver great services. I highly recommend them to everyone in the DFW area. Thank you guys so much for helping me out!!

It happens to everyone eventually, a broken windshield. No mere crack, but a busted, hard to drive with windshield. I used an online service for pricing and scheduling a replacement while at work, Full Service Auto Glass performed the installation and replaced my stickers(toll tag, registration and oil change) easy, only needing my keys. Later upon driving home I realized that even though the windshield matched my vehicles VIN and options, my heads up display was angled. I reached out to Full Service, they sent a technician the next day and switched to a different windshield. Everything was easy and they stayed in communication with me the whole time through text messaging and calls. I recommend them for their communication, respect, and commitment to their product. Satisfied customer!

I had a crack in my windshield and contacted Hugo for the repair. I sent him the picture and he provided the estimate. There was one other location that I had called but after looking at the pic they said it needs a replacement. I decided to go with Hugo since he said the crack can be repaired 100%. He arrived exactly at the time he promised, which I really appreciated. Throughout the process, Hugo explained clearly what he was doing and made sure I understood how the repair would help. He did an excellent job—the crack looks great after the repair. What impressed me most was his professionalism and honesty. He provided a warranty on the work and assured me that if the crack spreads, the repair cost will be deducted from a full windshield replacement. That level of transparency and customer care gave me a lot of confidence. Highly recommend Hugo for anyone needing windshield repair. Reliable, skilled, and trustworthy!
