Hudson’s Mobile Glass Services

My experience with Hudson's Mobile Glass Repair was mixed. They successfully repaired my windshield in July 2023, but by November, issues arose with a whistling noise and leaks. Despite constant communication from November to December, they failed to follow through on multiple appointments for over a month and a half. Frustrated, I eventually went to their location for corrections, resulting in a prolonged six-and-a-half-month ordeal to fully resolve the windshield installation. Caution to future customers: Be prepared for potential delays and communication issues; consider alternative options if time is crucial.

Trash company with trash service. Had three attempts to repair my rear windshield and failed up until the third try. Then after they completed and the car was returned to me there were trim components unfastened from my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and any repair shops who decide to use it.

We used them at my arlington shop and they have always done amazing work and incredibly fast! They have amazing customer service and made us feel like family. Any glass work or calibration work I need, I will always call them for my personal vehicles!

They sit in the left lane on the tollway going slower than the speed limit forcing everyone to go around them. Clearly not the kind of people you want to do business with!!!!NegativeProfessionalism

These guys were quick and efficient. They came to me because I worked nearby. Got my keys and replaced my windshield! I will use them again if I have any other issues come up!
