6 stars is really the rating! Reviews are important and there are many reasons they have 5 stars. 1st - The customer service is beyond compare. Linda called to give me updates on timelines and when they would arrive several times. Nobody does that anymore. Additionally, their onsite customer service is incredible. Larry busts his butt working, in the heat, and is still friendly. Linda assists and is super nice. They explain everything they’re doing and why. 2nd - The professionalism and workmanship is way beyond what you’d get at a Safelite or similar business. 3rd - The price is better than you’ll find anywhere. My personal example: Safelite $450.00 and a lot of it fees & “service” charges. Auto Glass Solutions $250.00. Absolutely zero reason to call anyone else. This is what small business and their owners used to be like!

This companies quote was $300 less than Safelite. I was a little weary with a couple bad reviews but nothing that was a red flag, just someone saying that there business address is wrong but then they responded back and said no it's not and then some people saying they didn't do it during the original time window. I got my windshield replaced from them and the guy who came out on his truck had a different name on it, but i figured they subcontracted out. They also forgot to put my oil change sticker back on the window, but not a big deal. Also we talked about doing it on a friday but they were busy and rescheduled for saturday. It worked out for me because i got busy on friday. But other than that I saved $300 and the installation was flawless with the exact same OEM looking windshield that I previously had and the registration and Toll tag sticker were put on the new window very nice and neat with no indication that they were ever removed. I would definitely use them again. And I saved about half price on the window from what Safelite was charging.ServicesAuto windshield replacement
