6 stars is really the rating! Reviews are important and there are many reasons they have 5 stars. 1st - The customer service is beyond compare. Linda called to give me updates on timelines and when they would arrive several times. Nobody does that anymore. Additionally, their onsite customer service is incredible. Larry busts his butt working, in the heat, and is still friendly. Linda assists and is super nice. They explain everything they’re doing and why. 2nd - The professionalism and workmanship is way beyond what you’d get at a Safelite or similar business. 3rd - The price is better than you’ll find anywhere. My personal example: Safelite $450.00 and a lot of it fees & “service” charges. Auto Glass Solutions $250.00. Absolutely zero reason to call anyone else. This is what small business and their owners used to be like!

I had a broken glass in my car and this was the best service that I was able to find, highly recommended and the cheapest price. They came to my place in less than two hours to replace it. Larry took care of all the small pieces of old glass vacuuming the entire vehicle. Linda was totally patient with my poor English while requesting the service.

I had called several places. Everyone wanted to put me off for a day or two. Talked with the owner and they came out that day and were the cheapest too. Quality of work was great, friendly service and very family oriented. I will never use anyone else. GREAT JOB
