Auto Glass Now

My experience wasn’t good at all. I arrived for a 8:00am appointment to find out my windshield wasn’t there therefore I had to wait in the windshield which didn’t arrive until 11:30am. Not to mentioned that I had an appointment the previous Saturday at 8::00am only to be rescheduled due to no power in the business. So tell me why wasn’t my windshield there on the rescheduled appointment. And the staff at as if I didn’t matter they were very passive and informed me they’re only filling in and it’s not their issue. On another note, when the windshield finally arrived the technician worked really fast to get it installed.

I called and last week and was given an appointment at 8am Monday. I called and let them know that I would be about 10 minutes late due to traffic. After I arrived I was greeted and 5 minutes later they took my car . I got there about 810am and was the work was completed in an hour. Not only was it done in a hour it was less than what the oringinal quote was. I am very pleased with Service and will recommend them to friends and family. It was refreshing to see friendly and helpful people because I haven't seen alot of that since the pandemic. If I could give them 12 stars I would. All i can say is keep up the good work.

My car isn't expensive at all, but I did pay $265 for the windshield to be replaced. I think more care could have been given to clean the dash and console from the debris of the replacement and the black smudges left by the tech on my visors. I also noticed the trim around the windshield was gouged and cut I assume you have to cut out those pieces for the replacement. Again my car is not expensive but it is paid off and a little more care could be given to any vehicles being serviced. The windshield so far does not leak though and the service only took an hour. The front office staff was very nice. Easy to schedule as well. Upfront pricing.

My experience with Auto Glass Now is that it was efficient. I had an emergency with my vehicle, and within 2-3 hours, the Tech. Devin was on the scene who volunteered to come and wrap my back window. I didn't make an appointment. With them knowing about the current weather conditions, they were ahead on the timing, considering the moment of stress that I was undergoing. I highly recommend this company. These guys are very professional and reputable. They are a 5 star Auto Glass Company. They truly stand behind their title. They acted right then. Thanks so much!!!!! This place is fast, friendly and affordable. We had an unexpected event occur and needed our window fixed fast since it would be raining the next day. They gave us a quote and scheduled an appointment the NEXT day. They were very informative about any pricing changes (we had to get a different type of window since we have a crew instead of a quad) and kept us up to date every step of the way. BIG thank you to them for cleaning the glass in the back seat. If you need your windows done, look no further. The pictures are a before and after. 👍

The gentleman that assisted me was very helpful and got my car taken care of quickly. The chip was repaired to perfection and if you don't know where to look, you would never know there was a chip there. Me and the lady at the front desk joked about how we were impressed that the gentleman didn't turn down the music in my car (it was loud y'all 'cause I need my music). Hopefully, I don't get any more rock chips, but if I do this is where I will be bringing my car. I also appreciated that they had a spacious and clean waiting area.

These people will look for reasons to void your glass warranty. They installed a windshield incorrectly last year that made noise. Another glass shop sprayed silicone in the trim to quieten it downand auto glass now is voiding my warranty now. Old mgnt was gonna replace it. New mgnt will not. Every other glass shop Ive spoken to said it did not hurt anything. Now I know why auto glass now is cheaper than everyone else. You get what you pay for. I was a long time customer. Never again.

Great experience!!! Have a 1981 Chevy C10. Needed the front windshield replaced, they had it delivered and replaced. First one had a scratch in two different spots. So they ordered another one. Showed up and replaced it in no time. And had them replace wipers as well, great service, great price. Staff there were all friendly, and the shop and office area was very clean. Definitely can be trusted for your window replacement. I will be back when I need them down the road.

great experience! from the receptionist’s warm welcome to the tech’s helpful insights and overall kind, friendly and efficient staff- this was a very easy visit. they had a nice waiting area with a TV and bathroom so I could get some work done while I waited. they got me fixed up in less time than they initially estimated and got a great calibration for my specific vehicle. couldn’t be happier with the service, highly recommend this place! thanks everyone! 😊

As always this place has not let me or any of my family members down. Their prices are always better than anybody else's. They are very professional and make you feel like your needs are the most important. They are an awesome group of people. I have turned my sister, both my brothers, brother-in-law as well as my self. I've had four vehicles done there. It is always in and out no wait. Well maybe 30min engine while they are installing.
