My girl's Fri t windshield was cracked and needed replacing. I contacted several companies including the one that everyone knows and probably considers a "Safe" bet. I read the reviews for all and Abstract had the best out of all that I researched and had at least a dozen reviews. So I contacted them for a quote. The quote was close but slightly less than any of the others including the one that usually comes up first when you Google windshield replacement. So I reached out to the company and Prince called me back even though he happened to be on vacation. He said he would be back on Tuesday and he could fit me in on Wed or after. I said ok but I had hoped he could get to it sooner because I had to go out of town for a conference and I was hoping to get it done by Tuesday as a birthday surprise but I understood it was late notice so that was fine. Prince called me first thing Tuesday morning and said he had moved some things around to accommodate me since it was a birthday surprise and I had to leave town the next day. I couldn't believe I was getting that kind of customer service. That is almost unheard of these days. He came to my office and did the work in the parking lot while I continued with my job. It didn't take very long and I was completely satisfied with the new windshield. I am a very happy customer and I cannot thank him or recommend Abstract enough!

I needed my mom’s windshield replaced due to a crack from hail damage. This company was recommended by my auto insurance agent. I got a great quote and was given an appointment. It was a few days out due to the increased workload from the hailstorm but they were very clear as to why and when they could do the work. The repair technician notified me within 30 minutes of his arrival and was very polite when he arrived. He was very respectful of our property and cleaned up before he left. It was a great experience and I would definitely use them again! Five ⭐️ for sure!

I called and last week and was given an appointment at 8am Monday. I called and let them know that I would be about 10 minutes late due to traffic. After I arrived I was greeted and 5 minutes later they took my car . I got there about 810am and was the work was completed in an hour. Not only was it done in a hour it was less than what the oringinal quote was. I am very pleased with Service and will recommend them to friends and family. It was refreshing to see friendly and helpful people because I haven't seen alot of that since the pandemic. If I could give them 12 stars I would. All i can say is keep up the good work.

Excellent overall experience. I needed to have front windshield replacement, due to large crack, and safety camera re-calibration as required by manufacturer with glass replacement. Re-calibration done onsite so I did not use mobile service. While this location was a bit of a drive from my home, I would not hesitate to return if I had a future need. Reasons for my satisfaction: 1. Person who booked my reservation was very professional and able to give both an accurate and competitive price quote. The quote I received on the phone was the price paid after work was completed (no surprises!). Price also was the lowest of several places called (one of which wanted almost twice as much). 2. Was able to get an onsite appointment at a convenient time for me. My scheduled appointment was at 8:00 AM and they were able to take my vehicle back to begin work within minutes of my arrival. Gentleman who came out to meet me at my vehicle friendly and professional. 3. Indicated in advance the amount of time to complete work and was able to finish within time indicated. They also voluntarily gave me a status update midway through without my asking. 4. Lobby at location clean. Free WiFi available (be sure to ask for pass code). Very comfortable chairs with coffee available. I liked that several employees came over to me to confirm I had received a pass code. 5. All staff with whom I interacted were very friendly not only with me but also with each other. 6. All window stickers, including toll tag, were reapplied onto new glass. UPDATED: 6-13-25 - Took another vehicle in today to have windshield replaced. Place is still friendly, does a good job, quick service. My go to place.

I called on a Saturday needing a back windshield replaced. I called over 10 places with most places about to close or the quotes were over $300. These guys are good not only did they stay open late for me but they were the cheapest price by more than $50. Once there they installed new glass and cleaned debris in 45mins. The only except cash or check. These guys know what they’re doing they’re outside or in your business and I highly recommend them.
