I got quotes from five windshield repair places, and Top Tier had by far the best price. They were able to come to my driveway to replace the windshield on my van, their communication was fantastic, their price didn't change (other places gave a quote, but later on they would add taxes onto that as an "out the door" price), they arrived when they said they would, their service was efficient and thorough (right down to replacing the inspection and oil change stickers), and they gave clear instructions for taking care of the new windshield for the next few days. I’ve had a Texas roadmap on my windshield for two years and finally broke down and asked a friend who she used for her new windshield. They not only responded immediately, their prices were extremely reasonable, they came to my place of work within two days, and had my new, beautiful windshield install installed in 30 minutes. Man, talk about convenient and affordable! Had an errant rock hit my windshield as I was entering the freeway. My insurance deductible is quite high and other, larger auto glass places quoted me ridiculously high pricing along with wait times of a week or longer. I contacted Top Tier Auto Glass and found them to be very responsive and fiscally reasonable with their pricing. They also show up to your location, unlike the larger auto glass places. Top Tier has my business for the foreseeable future. Couldn’t have asked for a better solution to an otherwise annoying and inconvenient circumstance.

Billy and Sal are awesome! They replaced the front windshield on my wife’s 2019 Ford Expedition while she was at work within 2 hours of contacting them! They are very professional and prompt. We also use Top Tier to replace the windshields where I’m employed at a local crane rental company and they always do great work. We never have any leaks in our cranes or haul trucks afterwards. They live up to the name. I had a rear door window busted out early this morning due to an attempted car theft. i asked for a quote when they opened at 7am and they came out the same day with a price much better then the large chains like safelite. They told me they would be there at 3:30pm and arrived at 3:29 pm, already was getting to work when i came out to my car. Car was vacuumed out and window replaced in 30 minutes, no upselling products, highly professional behavior.

Absolutely incredible! Affordable and fast as heck! Literally cost less than half of what insurance or the dealership was quoting to replace my windshield. They were able to replace my windshield with one days notice. They are very communicative and on time to the appointment. I was a little late but they were still done in less than 30 minutes!! They even installed my new wiper blades! Very nice, very professional. 100% will be using them again!

These guy's are pompt, fast and have the best prices in town, I only learned of this company through word of mouth yesterday, they replaced my windshield this morning in 30 minutes and I am very pleased. Definitely will use them in the future if I need auto glass. I highly recommend this company and not the long time major auto glass company that is higher priced, same quality service same expert technicians, new company and affordable prices!

Great communication, friendly staff, took about 45 mins for them to change out driver side door glass. Sure it would have been quicker but they vacuumed up all the old glass, inside the door, the floor and seats front and back! It’s doing that little extra that really makes a lasting impression!!! Not to mention they were about 25 dollars cheaper than two other businesses and they got to me first thing the next day!
