From start to finish, excellent service. Employee who made the appt was very friendly, polite , answering all my questions. The technician, Miguel Acosta, arrived within the 2 hr scheduled time frame given to me. Miguel was very professional and friendly. He answered questions I had. He went above and beyond, removing the top tint strip from the old windshield and re-adhering the tint film to the new windshield, saving me money. He also adjusted the rubber feet on the hood so it closed properly. He paid attention to detail on the entire windshield replacement. Miguel also explained the guarantee for the windshield. He also explained for me to close the doors carefully and when to remove the tape. Everything was covered by Miguel. Thanks for sending Miguel! Absolutely amazing customer service! From the office staff to the technicians that are working on the vehicles. They are the real deal, hands down! Got me in on the same day, very responsive and thorough! I have HUD and was debating on if I would use a regular windshield or a HUD windshield that cost much more. They put the regular windshield on just so I could see how it looked before they tried the other one. They didn’t push me to the most expensive option, they actually helped me choose. Everyone offered some great advice. In the end, they are saved as my go to for glass repairs, period!!! Nothing like great work, but it makes it better when the people are solid all around. They even had an old school NES! Just go! Even if it’s for a coffee, promise you won’t regret it! Thank y’all! Customer forever!

I had the most awesome experience here. Last night, I was leaving work last night and found that my driver side window was broken. I tried to get in at Safelite, but the earliest they could get it repaired was 7 days away. I called Auto Glass Connection this morning, about 11am, and they got me in at 1pm. I was amazed. They had me in and out within the hour. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful. The guy Brad was awesome too. They took really good care of my car and the window looks exactly like the old one. I just moved to the area by myself, so first impressions mean everything since I dont know anyone for "word-of-mouth" recommendations. If I ever need window repair, Auto Glass Connection is the only place I'll go to. They're awesome!!

Company efficient at replacing window however, need to learn not to move seats except backwards and forwards. Back rest is damaged after the "big guy" (their verbiage not mine) needed to supposedly adjust to replace window. Unless 7' tall the back rest DID NOT NEED TO BE MOVED........ No apology just stated we did what we could do. No cost to them but huge cost to me to get fixed (doesn't matter whether pre-existing per them or not - NO Need to move back rest) Seat was fine when I took the car in for replacement Also, what was stated as Total cost was not what was charged; a higher amount was charged The company was recommended by friends but WILL NOT be recommendingServicesAuto side window replacement

Took way too long to write this review, but I cannot express how awesome they were. We are from out of town, visiting family, and our drivers side window would not roll up. With one phone call, the receptionist diagnosed our problem just based on the make and model of our car. They squeezed us in to get our window fixed just in time for us to head back home, and right after the Christmas holiday too. The absolute best customer service of any kind I have ever had, hands down. Oh my goodness...this is the second time I have been here, the last was two years ago. They are incredibly nice...treat you like you matter and you get to hang out in a well appointed waiting room with friendly, but not pushy, kitties and puppies. They don't do customer service here...even better, they treat you like special family. And their prices are more than fair, awesome and thorough job done quickly...why would you go anywhere else? AND they do have a mobile service...but you would be missing out on this friendly place! Made my week...and I really needed it!

I just left and I'm in my car in the parking lot outside my house writing this review. Thats how wonderful they are! I have nothing but good things to say. My windshield was destroyed so it needed to be completely replaced. They quoted me a full $100 less than Safelite. They got me an appointment for the next day ( although they offered same day) and completed the install in less than an hour. Their office staff is super friendly and welcoming and the gentleman who did the replacement was knowledgeable and very friendly as well. 10/10, definitely recommend.

I rarely leave Reviews so this is a 1ST. Researched shops for a new windshield for husband's car since we had bought it all scratched up along with chips and stars. Auto Glass not only replaced it in a timely manner they also billed as quoted. Got my estimate and after calling a few other shops and reading their Reviews I picked this one. Love the new windshield !! Not only will I RECOMMEND AGC to others but will CONTINUE future business as well. Thank you Trish and everyone in the staff. We are very happy and satisfied !!

The best place ever. The reviews on this page made me visit the outlet yesterday and I was blown away. The ambiance can not be explained couple with the positive energy and friendliness. They fixed my driver's window side real good at a good rate. Pet lovers - u gona love it there. Thier dogs and cats hmmmmm...... Look no further when it comes to fixing ur car window(s). Wish my window could break again so that I can visit them soon...Lol. Nice job guys.

I noticed a small chip in my windshield and found Auto Glass Connection on the internet. I called them and they set an appointment for the same day. I arrived and the people were very courteous and were able to take my car right in. When paying, I asked if they had a senior citizens discount and they said yes. The price was extremely reasonable even without the discount. They also have military discounts. I would highly recommend this glass repair shop.
