From start to finish, excellent service. Employee who made the appt was very friendly, polite , answering all my questions. The technician, Miguel Acosta, arrived within the 2 hr scheduled time frame given to me. Miguel was very professional and friendly. He answered questions I had. He went above and beyond, removing the top tint strip from the old windshield and re-adhering the tint film to the new windshield, saving me money. He also adjusted the rubber feet on the hood so it closed properly. He paid attention to detail on the entire windshield replacement. Miguel also explained the guarantee for the windshield. He also explained for me to close the doors carefully and when to remove the tape. Everything was covered by Miguel. Thanks for sending Miguel! Recently had a windshield replaced on a 99 Mercedes s320. David and his team did an amazing clean job and were extremely careful during the process. I’ve always had a hard time finding someone who can do clean and perfect work on my older cars and when I witnessed Auto Glass Now replace a windshield on a Porsche at my job I knew I had to try them out. They have earned my trust and I will be making them my go to every time!

Had a genuinely wonderful experience with Manuel and his wife. My SUV window was broken into and destroyed. Not only did they arrive to my home on the same day to replace it, but they really went the extra mile...every step of the way. They ended up spending substantial time on my car, tinting it at no charge, explaining to me everything they were doing-- and they were incredibly patient and pleasant the entire time. Not only did that visit leave a positive impression, but the following day, I had a concern about my car (a battery issue that ended up being unrelated to their work), and they actually happily paid me a visit to help me figure out the problem. Did they have to do that? Definitely not. But they did! So in summary--superb quality of work at a terrific price...done by exceptionally good and honest people. Would recommend to anyone, any day.

Safelite was recommended from some friends to replace my front windshield. You can choose replacement, repair if appropriate, pay using insurance or out of pocket, and I was able to get the total cost and pay online, schedule an appointment, and they even came to my house to make the replacement. My technician Courtney called ahead of time to keep me informed of when he would arrive, he was very respectful and did great work on my replacement, finishing quickly, and even called me when he was finished, as I work from home remotely and went back to work while he made the replacement. It is raining today and there haven’t been any leaks or build up on my windshield. I was very pleased with the whole process from start to finish.

I had an emergency with my car’s sunroof shattering early in the morning, and this auto glass company went above and beyond to help. I called them at 7:30 AM, and they immediately answered, ready to assist. Despite the difficulty of sourcing the specific part I needed, they didn’t hesitate—they got to work making calls, and to my surprise, they found the part! While I was also searching and had my partner head out to pick it up, they continued to follow up with me and offered to meet me to apply a protective covering to my sunroof so I could safely drive until the replacement. They absolutely didn’t have to make all the calls they did, but their dedication to finding a solution was incredible. Although I couldn’t fully use their services due to time constraints, I genuinely wish I could do more than just write this review. Finding good help these days is so rare, and this company truly stands out. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and kindness deserve all the praise. If you’re ever in need of reliable auto glass service, this is the company to call.
