Auto Glass Now

Recently had a windshield replaced on a 99 Mercedes s320. David and his team did an amazing clean job and were extremely careful during the process. I’ve always had a hard time finding someone who can do clean and perfect work on my older cars and when I witnessed Auto Glass Now replace a windshield on a Porsche at my job I knew I had to try them out. They have earned my trust and I will be making them my go to every time!

Please read this knowing I am being honest and very sincere. I suffered a broken windshield in my 2019 Honda Ridgeline in May. AG came to my work and delivered my truck to me the same day. All good. Unfortunately for me, due to the crap on roads I drive on, my windshield suffered another severe crack this week. I was fearful of filing a second claim with insurance so I called, filed a warranty claim with AG. Before going in I called other glass companies, (SL) and was told my Out of pocket would be almost 1500.00. Wow! I did not share this with AGlass. I took my truck in today. Not only did David, the manager of Auto Glass in Arlington , Texas accept my truck today, he and his team gave me an honest appraisal and shared that, because of my situation, the warranty did not cover me. I understood. I was then amazed to learn that they would replace my windshield and calibrate my Honda mirror/device, same day service, for a very reasonable price and done all same day. David the Manager is an honest person who wants to help others. He offers exceptional service, understands and listens to his customers. Do not go to SL and get ripped off. Call David at Auto Glass in Arlington. I cannot say enough about the experience I left a very happy customer. Twice. I wrote this and stand by my review. Thanks for your time. Thank you David.

David and Johnathan have taken the time out to explain the process to me from beginning to end on what to expect with the replacing and installing the auto window process. David was patient with me and helped me to understand the full breakdown of the charges by visually printing out an invoice. He offered me the manager's discount and he and his staff have gained a new customer in despite of having to pay the $390 to get the window installed and replaced. They have provided platinum service in my eyes in despite of the loss that I have faced with my window being broken. Johnathan made sure I had a working window to roll down with and my windows to the car looking uniformed. Thank you Auto glass now for providing top-tier customer service from the phone call to meeting in person. I would be happy to send all my relatives and friends to you all just so if any issue occurs with their window or windshield. They have been true gentlemen and was not out to take advantage of a vulnerable woman in getting out of a bad relationship, for them to walk with me through every step of the way. I just want to say thank you.

Installed a new windshield in my pickup truck June 01,2024 8:15am, forgot to put my rear view mirror onto the windshield. I texted the technician to let him know he said can go by the shop and someone would be there to put it on for me. I went by the shop the shop was closed but a lady opened the door and I explained my situation. There was no one there to install my mirror but said she’ll let the technician know first thing in the morning to text me their location so I can go have them install it. I never got a call kept texting him all day never hit a response. The next day I called the shop again another lady said she’ll let them know I needed my mirror installed and someone would contact me on a good time to bring my vehicle by. I received a text message saying no one was able to do it today. To day is now the 4th of July and my mirror still hasn’t been installed nor did I ever receive my receipt in my email. I’m almost to the point of finding another glass company to install my mirror and just cut my losses.

It's been a few days since I got my windshield replaced, and to say that David (Manager) and Johnathan (Technician) went above and beyond to make sure this replacement was done correctly!!! They even called multiple Ford dealerships to find a part of the windshield that we found out later wasn't needed on the car anymore!! So Johnathan put the windshield on, cleaned the mold around the glass which brought the original color back out, vacuumed the car to get the glass out, and put new windshield wipers on, all while I was there having an amazing conversation with David and Johnathan!!! The best part is that altogether everything was $300 and completed to PERFECTION. I can't recommend Auto Glass Now enough for your glass repair needs; they will take great care of you!!!

I called and got the quote for windshield replacement with a discount! Shopped around and they had the best price. Called to make an appointment and it could be done in a couple days. Checked to make sure they would have my model windshield in time for the appointment and was assured they would have it. Drop off at appoined time and left my car for the afternoon. They called as I was on my way to pick up at the end of the day to let me know it was ready! Great job done and after the "wait time" ran through the car wash! No Air or Water leaks!!! I definitely recommend using the Arlington store on Collins.

This is one of the best Auto Glass people to work with came out within a day even though they were booked with the hail storm that we all received they were able to use the other store to do one vehicle and another store to do another vehicle both technicians were awesome very nice and did an excellent job they know their work they know their stuff.. also company manager Lanna. Was great to work with takes care of her veterans that serve the country I strongly recommend this company to anyone forget about all the big name companies go with Auto Glass now you won't be disappointed!!

I just had my windshield replaced today at 107 N Collins St location and, while it was along wait for the previous vehicle that required specialized calibrations, it didn't take them too long to finish my car after they started on my vehicle. The facility waiting area was small but there were restrooms available. The price was right and was much less than the competition. Dave explained the entire process and what I shouldn't do for 1-3 days (car wash, remove tape, etc). Thanks for the great service and great price. BONUS: I went to Dino's for lunch afterward. 👍

Had an appointment for 10am. At 1030 I asked how much longer. They pulled my van in but did not start until 11am. A material delay supposedly caused the problem. That is fine, but they knew that when they opened and instead of calling me and asking if I wanted to reschedule, they let me come on in ad made me wait for an hour. It is a Saturday a people have stuff to do. They disregard and disrespected my time by not making a simple phone call. Not sure if this is the norm for them, but I will never know because I will never come here again

I had 3 chips in my windshield, but it turned into a cracked line all the way across. Called AutoGlass on Friday, got me in on Tuesday of the next week at 8:00 & they took out the old windshield & replaced it, along with all 3 of my stickers. Very impressed & they made sure the calibrations were done exactly as they were. Done in 2 hours. Friendly, professional & didn't charge an arm or leg. Very, very impressed! Will definitely go back if I have another vehicle with chips or replacement. Very impressed.
