These people are a bunch of crooks with not an once of ethics! I worked though my insurance to get my tesla's windshield replaced. When the technician finished the work, he told me that I had to pay the whole bill (way over $1000) while I was supposed to only be charged my deductible. This was NEVER mentioned to either state farm or myself. When I try to get someone on the phone, they hang up on me. When state farm calls them, they claim they never received the work order from them (while there is a work order created on state farm's end). My State Farm agent has submitted an internal complaint about this shop that will be used to decide continue working with them. Do not support this business.ServicesAuto windshield repair

Stone broke my Mercedes windshield. I called my MB dealer (45mi) glass shops in my area don't do this brand. They recommended Ultimate. I called and they would come to my house. Tech arrived mid afternoon. I could tell he knew what he was doing - 25yr experience and many MB cars. It's a complicated process that he made look easy. I also have an old car I am restoring. I bought a new windshield 2yrs ago, but I've never installed one. I hired Ultimate to do that at the same appointment. FANTASTIC job installing that.

I had filed a claim for my dad and his insurance recommended this company to replace our glass. I was very impressed how professional the guy who I was talking to was while they were replacing the glass in front of us at their shop. He Was making sure everything was going food by the book. By four. This was the best Service. I have received yet by an auto glass repair. Hopefully continues that way as I continue my business with them.

I cannot say enough for the customer service for this place. I got a phone call quickly to get scheduled after getting hit by a rock from a dump truck busting my windsheild . They worked with my insurance and I didn’t have to do any of the legwork. They even came and picked up my car from my work and brought it back to me hats off to this company. It is amazing. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Ultimate glass is the best.

They replaced a broken rear window on behalf of a transport company that damaged my car. When the car was delivered to me, the hatch back was filled with glass pieces and the panel above the rear window was improperly reattached. I reached out multiple times for their help and was told I would receive a call to get things right. I never did receive a call from the company to resolve these problems. Stay away.

This business is rated 10 star in my opinion!!!! Mr John Ferrerra, the owner, could not have been better. Explained in detailed what they were going to do and why sometimes it takes longer than expected .He even drove me to the local coffee shop which awesome! Such an incredibly awesome company . From the work that they do to how efficiently both communication and convenience is with them . In total awe. Crystal and Patrick were awesome ! It felt like family from the start . Not just a transaction . They really care about your windshield !!! And they do an immaculate job !!!! Love them !

Excellent service! Got in my car in the morning and noticed a crack on my windshield, was supposed to go on a road trip that evening. Reached out and they had part in stock and were able to fit me in same day. Entire process was completed in under 2 hours and was super painless. Would recommend to anyone in the Nashville area!

Had them replace my windshield with a OEM replacement and they were great! Had some moisture issues that I wasn’t sure if it was from the windshield or elsewhere, called them and they showed up the next day to inspect and reseal.
