These guys went the extra mile(s) very literally. I got 8-10 quotes for the rear quarter glass on my Prius V. Turns out the glass I needed literally is not available in my state (TN). It was going to be a week and a half at least to get new glass, no matter who did the install. AA got back to me quickly and told me they had found a used piece and could get me covered. Then, when they went to pick up the used piece they had found, they discovered that their supplier had misinformed them. They promptly let me know about the miscommunication and kept looking. They found another piece an hour away. The very next morning E, the technician, drove out to Manchester, TN and retrieved the piece. He got it installed right away in my drive way. No other glass replacement service even found me a piece of glass that would fit my vehicle. I thought I was going to have to drive around with a garbage bag on my window for a week at least, maybe two. Instead, E at AA Autoglass hooked me up the next day. I'm so happy to have found these folks. E was super friendly and professional and stressed 3 to 4 times that I gotta leave the tape on the window and not wash it for a few days (I appreciate the multiple reminders about something important). While cutting my yard, a rock accidentally hit and shattered my back window. I contacted AA Auto Glass, and from the very first conversation, I was impressed by their professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency. I called them at 9:00 AM on a Saturday. After verifying my car's make and model and confirming that the glass was in stock, I was informed that a technician would be out within 30 minutes. True to their word, at 9:25 AM, the technician called to let me know he had arrived. Within just 20 minutes, all the broken glass was meticulously cleaned up, the new glass was installed, and the door panels were reassembled with all screws and snaps securely in place. The window was also cleaned, and I was ready to go. If 20 stars were available, I would gladly give all 20 to this company. Not only were they exceptionally professional, but their prices were also very affordable—lower than the other five glass companies I contacted. AA Auto Glass is definitely a company to keep!

Highly recommend A&R Auto Glass. My car had been broken into through the back window and it was completely busted out. My friend recommended A&R Auto Glass, she had spoken to Angel who was super nice and understood my situation. They came to my home, replaced the back window, it was fast and easy and affordable (compared to satellite and other places). And the window was a perfect match to my other car windows! The cost was affordable!! They also were able to fix the issue with my console underneath my steering wheel due to the individuals who tried to steal my car had broken that area and Angel was able to get that fixed and get my car running!!! They are honest and hard working people that go the extra mile to get the job done!! So glad they were able to repair my window so quickly!!! 10 out of 10 I give them a 10!!!

Will was the technician that replaced my windshield and he was terrific! I clean houses for a living and I had told the secretary the hours I would be at a certain location that day. I ended up arriving later than I had planned and turns out he had already been there before I got there. He text my phone and asked had I arrived yet because he was ready to come back out. I apologized and he arrived within the next 5 minutes. Was kind, polite and very knowledgable about his craft! He was finished and had my new windshield in and ready to go within like 20 minutes! I am super satisfied with this company, their scheduling and their employees. Everyone took very good care of me and my needs! Would highly recommend!

The rear driver Window on my son‘s truck shattered, I spoke with a wonderful girl named Christy Who was willing to do anything I needed to get this taken care of, she was even willing to process with my insurance company – Amazing. A tech named Chris came out to my house and did an outstanding job, he was on time, clean and orderly, and knew exactly what he was doing. He did a call before which was wonderful, and laid a tarp down while he was working. He took his time, but he was not here that long, and cleaned up all of his mess before he left. Flights out of Memphis are terribly expensive so my wife and I always drive to Nashville the night before our flight. While at our hotel, a group of criminals broke into 11 vehicles, one of them being mine. I discovered it at 4am and our flight was at 6:15. I rescheduled our flight and called First Choice because they were 24 hours. The gentleman said I'll have your glass at 8:30, I'll see you at 9am and you'll be on your flight at 1pm. The price was more than reasonable and he did EXACTLY what he promised. He replaced my rear driver's side glass in an instant and we were on our way. There was a small star in the front glass but we thought it would be ok. I hit a pothole at BNA in a construction zone and it spread. Once we got in the airport, I called him again and made an appointment for our return flight. He met us right after we landed back in Nashville. He took excellent care of my vehicle and I recommend that First Choice should be your ONLY CHOICE. 🫡
