He came out to install my glass, removed my old back window only to realize he had the wrong part. My rear window had a slider after discovering he had the wrong part he said he could go get a solid piece. I decided against that so he reinstalled the broken windows which after talking with several other professionals they would not have done this. He didn't reinstall the back seat properly, he left his trash in my truck and there are several scratches from where he removed the windows that I now need to fill in with touch up paint. I will admit he was available very quickly and responsive but i would not recommend.

Wow is all I can say! Well, I could also say Sam was amazing communicator, gave a fair price and had our complete windshield replaced in under an hour. AT OUR HOUSE! We discovered a nasty windshield crack that was quickly getting worse. Due to a lot of interstate driving we needed it changed quick. Tried a larger provider and couldn’t get in for 3 days, and I’d have to drive 40 minutes, and drop it off. Found this place on Google , called and setup appointment for next day at noon. Amazing job, and Sam is a total professional. I’d highly recommend. Don’t drive with that crack, call Sam.

Wow these guys are amazing and fast! My wife got her windshield smashed on the way to work on a Saturday at 10:30am. I gave them a call to schedule a time and they came out to her work, in a parking garage, downtown Nashville! Removed and replaced by 1:30pm! You can’t beat that! Extremely fast, obviously not everyone will be as lucky based on their work load. They were also half the price and two days sooner than Safelite said they could do it. Highly Recommend! Sam, the technician was super friendly and quick with the whole process and explained everything very well.

We had Sam from 24 Auto Glass replace our windshield yesterday, and he did a phenomenal job. He got us scheduled in less than 24 hours, came right to our house, and had the whole job done in about an hour. He was professional, fast, and easy to communicate and work with. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend 24 Auto Glass and will absolutely use them again—hopefully not too soon, but if I need another replacement, I know exactly who I’m calling.

Sam came within 2 hours of my call to my location and fixed my window that was smashed by looters. Even cleaned up the mess inside the car that the glass left! 10/10 recommend EDIT: reduced to a 4 star. After driving back home and with my new window it seems it wasn’t sealed correctly or is thinner than my last window. It’s extremely loud when driving but I live 3 hours away so can’t get it fixed and didn’t realize until Sam had left.

Sam took my call this morning at 8:24am, said he could get a replacement for my 2020 Kenworth T680 and be there at 11am. At 9:31 I called back to ask if he could also get a window for my girlfriend’s 2015 Hyundai Sonata, he said he could. At 10:38am he arrived and got to work. At 11:55am he was writing me a receipt for the work. The guy is an efficient worker who has low prices and guarantees his work won’t leak. Thanks again Sam

This was quick and easy! Called him up and he showed up the next day! Only took him an hour, even with this 90° heat and full sun blarring down on him! He's professional, polite and did a great job! We will def be using him again, and recommend him to anyone in need. Also, he let us know that the glass is a good brand, OEM glass, same quality as the original manufacturer glass. We are very happy with it =) Thank you!

I don’t remember the guy’s name, but he had an accent. An extremely understanding and respectful person 🙏🏼 I looked everywhere for a 2010 Kia Sedona rear quarter window, and nobody (including the vendors), had it in stock. I called 24 Auto Glass, and the same guy who changed my window told me they had 1 left in stock at their warehouse. I give this man a BIG BIG THANK YOU!! YA’LL EARNED YA’LLSELVES A NEW CUSTOMER!!

If I can give 10 stars I would. Sam is very helpful and very nice. He did an excellent job fixing our van’s rear glass window. He finished everything under an hour. He is very flexible and willing to go the extra mile. The price is very reasonable. Good price and good quality of work, if you’re looking for someone to fix your vehicles glass this is the guy. I highly recommend him. You will not regret.
