I went to this establishment trying to fix my driver door window because my car got broken into. Before they received my money they were very nice and professional. However after the job was done I noticed my wood grain on my door panel was chipped. I informed the front desk representative and he told me I was making a big deal about nothing because my car was already messed up. He shouted and screamed at me and called me slurs when I was speaking to him calmly. I was scared for my safety and I left. Below I have attached before and after photos of my wood grain. Do not spend your time or money here. Especially people of color, they do not respect us or want our business. I am updating this message because I noticed that you guys want to lie about the situation that took place. Not once did you say let me take you to look at the vehicle. Car was professionally broken into and I had scuffs on my car door which I was aware of. You came to my car and said “just wanted you know you have a scuff on your door” I replied yes that’s okay I know (I’ll attach images of the stuff I am fully aware I had and not blaming your company for). You know that you spoke to me disrespectfully and you broke my wood grain panel. You are blatantly telling lies. None of my photos are fake and you know that. I showed these same photos to you but you decided to speak to me with anger and extreme aggression as if I was an animal to be dismissed from you.

I discovered my rear passenger side window of a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee had been broken into at about 9am on a Thursday. I quote shopped several auto glass repair places which ranged from $260-$409 with appts only available several days later (after the weekend), but my main concern was to have my window repaired same day for a decent price. I called Low Price Auto Glass for a quote and availability. They had a window in stock for $189 (before tax) and said come by anytime. They do not offer mobile service (which I was hoping for) but I couldn't pass up the price and availability compared to other shops. I went straight there. I got there at 11am and it was busy with several people waiting. I was greeted and seen within 3 mins, handed over my keys, and in about 45 mins it was done and paid $207 (after tax). The glass looks great and is fully functional. They even cleaned a bulk of the glass shards from the break-in (I did not clean prior to arrival). Cheap, quick, and a great job. Thanks for making a bad morning less bad.

Steven and his team are absolutely fantastic. I seriously can’t give enough stars to represent how happy I am with the service on every level! After hearing from 3 different repair shops that it could take up to three months before they could repair my car window, I called around and thank goodness I found Steven. He ordered it for me that day and had me come in the next business morning and fixed it within 45 minutes. Great guys, great work! Very reasonable prices. After some thugs in Nastyville busted out my window and stole my daughter’s backpack, they made off with an iPad, a chemistry book, and some calculus notes that I’m sure they couldn’t understand. My guy at Low Price Auto Glass came out and fixed it on-site. By the way, we found the backpack dumped in a nearby parking lot with everything still inside—haha, the “Find My iPhone” app is great! Low Price Auto Glass was there in our time of need! The owner of our companies, truck was broken into while on an urgent trip to Nashville. He was unable to leave where he was. When we called, they said they could get his truck taken care of that day! In a very short matter of time, Low Price Auto came to the truck, got the glass fixed and taken care of and it was one less thing we had to worry about. They were quick, efficient, and did a great job! When we were put in a crappy situation, they were there and they were there fast! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We were on a road trip when, unfortunately, we discovered the rear driver's side window had been smashed overnight. Thankfully, Low Price Auto Glass got us in right away as soon as we arrived. Their store name does not match their prices . I dealt with him over the phone for my front windshield ; at that time, he quoted me a different price, but when I arrived, he charged me a different amount . Additionally , he billed me for 4.10 hours of labor, even though he only worked for 30 minutes. Other stores will fix glass at your home for same price, so there 's no need to go there. If you want to repair any kind of glass, go somewhere else. Do not go there.

Low price auto glass was able to get me taken care of right away when I called, but I was out of town. They started working on my car as soon as I pulled up and had me ready to go in less than 30 mins. They had the best price of everyone I called to. They also have tap to pay which is really convenient for me since I didn't have the card I wanted to pay with on me. Very pleased with their customer service, and their work, my window is working fine.
