First Choice Auto Glass

Flights out of Memphis are terribly expensive so my wife and I always drive to Nashville the night before our flight. While at our hotel, a group of criminals broke into 11 vehicles, one of them being mine. I discovered it at 4am and our flight was at 6:15. I rescheduled our flight and called First Choice because they were 24 hours. The gentleman said I'll have your glass at 8:30, I'll see you at 9am and you'll be on your flight at 1pm. The price was more than reasonable and he did EXACTLY what he promised. He replaced my rear driver's side glass in an instant and we were on our way. There was a small star in the front glass but we thought it would be ok. I hit a pothole at BNA in a construction zone and it spread. Once we got in the airport, I called him again and made an appointment for our return flight. He met us right after we landed back in Nashville. He took excellent care of my vehicle and I recommend that First Choice should be your ONLY CHOICE. 🫡

We were in Nashville for the Bowl Game at the end of December (2024) and our car got broken into along with so many others in town. First Choice Auto Glass responded quickly, agreed to change the installation time so that we could still make it to the Bowl Game, and installed our window in 30 mins. I cannot express how happy I am with the service and quality of work that was done. We had 3 smashed windows while in Nashville and called the next morning. He worked us in and was there within 2 hours to replace them. He got the windows done within a couple hours and cleaned everything up even the broken glass in the truck. He was pleasant and a hard worker. I would highly recommend him!

GREAT SERVICE! My truck was broken into at the gym this morning between 5:00 and 6:00... I called first choice around 6:30 and he answered and said he would be there at 10:00 to replace the rear passenger window.... He was there at 10:00 sharp and was done by 10:50 and everything looked great.... As a business owner I can appreciate other companies being punctual and give great service!

We were on vacation on the interstate when something was kicked up by a vehicle in front of us, shattering our windshield. Nashville was the next closest city, so I googled auto glass replacement and found this company. He could do it first thing in the morning. He came to our hotel and replaced it. We finished the drive (7 hours) and made it just fine!

Best experience I’ve had these guys are great. It’s a lot of harder to find someone that actually puts in sunroof tops in a panoramic glass. These guys had it got here on time finished the job less than two hours and the price was great as well. And I normally don’t do surveys, but these guys were spot on. I recommended these guys over anyone.

While visiting family in Nashville, TN, someone busted out the window of my husband’s truck and stole several items. We called 1st choice at around 11:00pm on a Sunday. They ordered the window and came to our hotel by 7am the next morning and completed the installation in about an hour. Awesome customer service and quality work.
