This was the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I will never use them again and I would never refer anyone to them! Terrible! They were supposed to come out to my job and replace my windshield, they did not put my rear view mirror back on because he said he left some of the tools. So I had to ride around that day with a cord hanging from my window with no rearview. They told me to bring my car to their shop the next day between 12-2, but once I got there the guy who claimed to be the owner told me to come back in 30 mins because the guy who was going to put my rearview mirror back on wasn’t there. I came back and it took them almost 45 mins to put my rearview mirror on which they did very sloppy, carelessly and incorrect! It was not put back on how they originally took it off! I then asked them to remove it and put it on correctly, after another 30 mins the man again who claimed to be the owner said he couldn’t get it fixed and to wait until Monday (2days later) and they would send the worker back out to my house to fix it! Such a inconvenience and terrible way of doing business. And they only offered me $10 of my money back for all my trouble with them! And also while their I found out they put the wrong windshield on my car! So they end up refunding me all of my money I paid them, but now I have the wrong windshield on my car and a cord hanging from where they could not put my rearview mirror back on!

I gave this company 3 chances to replace my windshield - they could not get it right. 1 - They showed up with the wrong windshield (it had a wiper heater - I told them my car did not have that). They wanted to install it anyway and just cut the wires. 2 - 30 minutes later, they came back with the correct windshield and installed it with a warped upper seal. 3 - The original installer, supervised by the owner, installed the glass improperly again. I showed them what it was supposed to look like on the same make & model car parked 2 spaces away I gave up on them and let them leave. I am a Lexus Master Technician and the windshield was installed in the dealership parking lot. I was able to show them exactly how the windshield was supposed to fit properly and they could not install it like that after two attempts and 3 trips out. I have spent over $70 to replace the windshield moldings they damaged (they also may have chipped my paint), and I still have to pay someone to reinstall the glass properly. I would avoid this installer at all costs.

horrible customer service horrible mechanic horrible manager DO NOT GO HERE ! Went Wednesday for a front windshield sat there for 2 hours just waiting on a mechanic which they only had 1 working at the time. They didn't properly place my mirror back i had to take it off and reattach it myself ! They seemed to dismantle my emergency break as well as my front sensors and when i politely called back today to talk about it they hang up in my face so i had to call back just to get told when i get there wait for a manager once the manager arrives he's instantly trying to say i don't know what im talking about and trying to downplay my knowledge on my OWN CAR we take it for a test drive which im constantly trying to explain to him the issues im having he's over talking me and still trying to say im wrong and don't know what im talking about and then proceeded to say he won't be giving me a refund or looking at my car ITS SFAER TO GO TO SAFELITE

The Best Price team has serviced three of my vehicles, all of them tricky and one of them for two different windows, in the last 12 months! Not only are their prices more than fair (I check parts prices online) on high quality replacement glass and parts, but they've been just great about responding to inquiries, prompt scheduling, and showing up on time. My drivers side window of my Honda Pilot broke late one night after work. I immediately looked into a few places that night and chose Best Price Auto Glass based on their prices and delivery service. I sent an appointment request around midnight before bed and woke up to a missed call before the store was even open. Now that’s service! The repair went quickly and he vacuumed all the broken glass. After the job was done I realized my driver side door wouldn’t open (glass stuck in the hinge most likely). Two gentlemen came out the next morning first thing to help me trouble shoot the issue until it was fixed. Very professional and friendly. Thank you!

These guys responded to me after business hours later last night after I had an unfortunate need for a new windshield. They were able to come all the way to Clarksville from Nashville to replace my windshield while I was at work. They were curtious and professional. They were willing to explain and show me the process that they were doing. They were also much cheaper than most other places. They were on time for my appointment and they also were completly finished in about 35 minutes. It was a great experience in such a distressful time. I recommend them fully to anyone who asks about them.

These guys rock. My windshield developed a massive crack across is that I needed to take care of quickly. I called around and got quotes, nobody could get me in for days. I eventually stumbled across best price auto glass and they quoted me almost $100 LESS than the other guys. They also scheduled me in the same day! AND, they came to my work and replaced it during my lunch break. On top of that, it was freezing cold out. The guy was a champion, powered through the cold and I had a new windshield in no time. Excellent service, excellent price.

If you need glass replaced, pay a little extra and go somewhere that knows what they are doing. Especially if you have a fairly new vehicle. Tech basically forced my panel off breaking the siding on my door. Was not offered any type of refund or alternative, even after going back to the business for them to fix what the original tech had messed up. Car just lost alot of value because their mobile tech broke the siding on my door arm which is now loose and does not attach properly from where he forced the panel off.

They had the best price around town! I was quoted $150 less than most other places. I called at the end of the day to set-up an appointment for a complete replacement. They were able to come the next day during the time they said they would be there. The installer what nice and friendly when he arrived. He even finished the job sooner than he said he would. The best part was that they were able to replace my windshield at my work. I would recommend them if you are looking for auto glass replacement.

Amazing work. Called around a few places to get a price on replacing my windshield. Most of the places said it would cost $1100-800, and one place gave me their “cheapest” price of $670. I called this place and they offered to replace it for $325! They were able to replace my windshield the day after I called and the price was exactly as they quoted it, including tax and card transaction fee. The windshield is holding up nicely and fits perfectly. Very thankful for these guys and highly recommend
