The rear driver Window on my son‘s truck shattered, I spoke with a wonderful girl named Christy Who was willing to do anything I needed to get this taken care of, she was even willing to process with my insurance company – Amazing. A tech named Chris came out to my house and did an outstanding job, he was on time, clean and orderly, and knew exactly what he was doing. He did a call before which was wonderful, and laid a tarp down while he was working. He took his time, but he was not here that long, and cleaned up all of his mess before he left. I absolutely 100% recommend auto glass service of Cookeville with Christy and Chris. Thank you both so much!!

This is, hands down, the place my family will always choose for our glass repair. They were $100 cheaper than Safelite, but that wasn't what prompted my review. They were certainly prompt and very easy to work with, but still, that wasn't what did it! The customer service rep that my husband spoke to initially, was the selling point and the reason I'm taking time to leave this review. She was able to make my husband laugh right after he sawed a branch that busted his windshield!! That's an amazing person to bring a smile after anger like that. He tried to blame the accident on me and she called him out on it. Lol. We never laughed so hard together! These people are the real deal. If you want the best, don't call the rest bc you have it here.

I just had my 2022 Tucson windshield replaced on Monday. A rock hit my windshield a couple of weeks ago and it finally split. A friend of mine recommended Auto Glass Service in Chattanooga on Lee Hwy. I paid them a visit and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Ashley was super helpful and easy to work with as she navigated me thru the replacement process that included working with Hyundai and Farm Bureau. I also can’t say enough about Chip who did the installation and the calibration of the smart technology. I am very pleased with their work. The service was excellent. Mike went above and beyond to make sure he got my son's window in and installed on time. Was last minute rush on my end, and he made it happen. After I called many shops, he was the one who was understanding and wonderful customer service and also stayed in contact with me on the arrival of the window that he had to order from Ohio. Would definitely give them a 5 start and took absolutely no time less than 15 minutes to install. Highly recommended.

I recently had someone break in to my car at the food city in Rossville by busting out my passenger window. I made a few calls and the guys at Glass America were able to get me in the same day and come to me. Unfortunately my glass didn’t come in on the morning shipment but they kept me informed and rescheduled quickly. The tech did a great job and did it really fast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their windows replaced.

These guys are legitimately awesome. They gave me the best quote in town (and I called around), got me in the next day AND came to my house for the repair. Not to mention they offered to cover my window in the meantime for free since it was supposed to storm that night (I took them up on it too). I hope I never need their services again (haha) but if I do, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend :)

Was having my windshield tinted at Turkey Creek Tinting on the day that I visited; while I was there they discovered a small rock chip in my windshield. So after doing some quick research I came upon Auto Glass Service. Driving there I was met with some of the nicest people that were quick to get me in and out. Service was quick, pricing was excellent. Definitely recommend over the competition.

This company was so easy to deal with and they were prompt and responsive. They got me an appointment immediately and the workmanship was exceptional. The price was very reasonable and much less than the national competition. I always try to support local companies and I could not recommend any higher using Auto Glass Seevice. They are my go to company for car window repairs.

Had to get my windshield replaced after a rock hit it on the interstate. My rav4 is brand new so I wasn’t happy, but the process for replacement couldn’t have been smoother.
