Auto Glass Now

(Legal Robbery) I wish I could give this company zero stars. I had my front windshield replaced by this company, and it was a huge mistake. The window was poorly installed. I was driving home on the interstate when suddenly I hear an excessive amount of wind. I paused the Radio to investigate the noise then realized that it was coming from the front windshield. I call the company to inform them of the situation. They tell me to bring the car in the next day. I bring my vehicle in the following evening to explain the problem. Two workers approached the car and one expressed “ It looks Perfect “. I tell the worker that the windshield was everything but that. After agreeing to take the car for an test drive so that someone could confirm the same experience. I began driving down back roads , because the traffic was Horrendous on the interstate. The worker agreed that he had too could hear an great amount of wind entering the vehicle, but he wasn’t sure because of such low speeds. I was told to bring the car back in on Saturday for an more accurate expectation. I bring the car in as told. After, entering the building the tension was pretty obvious that I was not pleased to be seen. We agreed to take the car on the interstate for a test drive prior of the day. Although, that wasn’t the case. They began pouring water onto the windshield Stating that if water doesn’t enter the vehicle then air won’t. I finally had enough of the games ,so I decided to expressed my opinion to the manger who seem to not care , because after all I’ve already paid! This company is wasted time! They will Rob you of you’re hard earned money! I basically just wasted $220 that I worked hard for! I don’t recommend anyone to do business here. They don’t stand behind the their work! So now I have to find an Professional Company who will do the job right! Yet along pay for Work that was already done Poorly!! Horrible place!!l

0/5 They charged around $200 more than the original quote. They then ordered the wrong windshield which delayed the job by a week, and didn’t take responsibility for the error. Never adjusted pricing. Chassity in the warehouse cannot communicate effectively. I rearranged my schedule many different times waiting for her to call. They didn’t dry fit the first glass (the wrong size) so the glue dried and remained on my vehicle for days before they could come back. I prepped my vehicle for days prior to them coming to do this job, and they slapped black epoxy all over the fresh white paint. I met 3 different install techs. They all seemed nice, but I don’t think any of them respect the office people. 0/5 and I would recommend paying more for better quality service. I look forward to talking to corporate.

Very sad experience, we arrived on time however the employees were late. Thier computers we not working not a big deal hopefully they follow up with a work order and receipt. They replaced the front windshield but did not use a drop cloth and left shards of glass on the dashboard. When I called the manager to inform them of the issue the manager proceeded to advise me several times that thier policy is to wipe down the dashboard. Not once acknowledging that she would correct the failure to clean shards of glass or any other attempt to prevent the next customer from a bad experience. This gal was no manager very sad. Alright first I want to say that the staff upfront was very nice. However, whoever installed the two windows on the passenger side of my truck clearly doesn’t care about anyones property. Where the windows were replaced my door panels are now damaged. There are pry marks all over them. The leather is also scratched and the guy glued the front door panel back. I assume he broke the clips off. It’s clear that the wrong tools were used or were used incorrectly. The manager assured me that his regional manager Brett, would be contacting me to see how we could remedy the situation, but I never received that call. So now after spending over 500$ to get my windows replaced I now need to spend another 1000$ to replace the damaged panels. So, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Will was the technician that replaced my windshield and he was terrific! I clean houses for a living and I had told the secretary the hours I would be at a certain location that day. I ended up arriving later than I had planned and turns out he had already been there before I got there. He text my phone and asked had I arrived yet because he was ready to come back out. I apologized and he arrived within the next 5 minutes. Was kind, polite and very knowledgable about his craft! He was finished and had my new windshield in and ready to go within like 20 minutes! I am super satisfied with this company, their scheduling and their employees. Everyone took very good care of me and my needs! Would highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with this company. Getting an appointment was super easy and the price was great compared to others that I found. Best of all the came to me for a repair I needed on my windshield. I also can not send enough praise to the guy who came out to do the work, I believe his name was Leon. He was an absolute delight to meet. Super friendly and was very detailed in explaining everything to me! Great guy! And was done in under 20 minutes. The life time warranty is a plus as well. Overall great company. Definitely recommend them.

The technician called and was very professional before he came. I was teaching a class for work at the time, and coworkers came and grabbed my keys and my payment and had them back to me fast...after work I was able to come out and inspect the windshield and I was very impressed on how perfect it looked and I was amazed how well I could see out of it...lol...it was an easy process from setting the appointment to the service....thank you AGN...I will recommend you guys if needed!!

Got national insurance number. Chose you from their list on Sat a.m. Called shortly by you. The right glass in Memphis will come on Monday and we should be to you Tuesday 8 to5. Called late morning and your technician was15 minutes away. Finished well in an hour, All outstanding . As an aside I was CEO of FedEx Custom Critical for 13 years and we in part are called an industrial ambulance service and minutes count. Cheers to your process and team. Bruce Simpson

Had a star in a windshield repaired. Very good work done in an efficient, professional manner. Mike, the technician,met me at the car quickly but efficiently explained the process and showed me to the waiting room. CSR, Vicky, checked in on me to see if there was anything I needed while waiting. Great job and quick. I haven't been setting there long at all. Looks just like my original glass. Great price I will go back. Don't know if it will leak yet. Storms coming in this Thursday 1 30 25. I will know then. But if it was installed as good as it looks then there should not be any concerns. I am not worried. Again Great job and thanks. Did a great job of cleaning up glass chips from inside of the truck.
