These guys went the extra mile(s) very literally. I got 8-10 quotes for the rear quarter glass on my Prius V. Turns out the glass I needed literally is not available in my state (TN). It was going to be a week and a half at least to get new glass, no matter who did the install. AA got back to me quickly and told me they had found a used piece and could get me covered. Then, when they went to pick up the used piece they had found, they discovered that their supplier had misinformed them. They promptly let me know about the miscommunication and kept looking. They found another piece an hour away. The very next morning E, the technician, drove out to Manchester, TN and retrieved the piece. He got it installed right away in my drive way. No other glass replacement service even found me a piece of glass that would fit my vehicle. I thought I was going to have to drive around with a garbage bag on my window for a week at least, maybe two. Instead, E at AA Autoglass hooked me up the next day. I'm so happy to have found these folks. E was super friendly and professional and stressed 3 to 4 times that I gotta leave the tape on the window and not wash it for a few days (I appreciate the multiple reminders about something important). UPDATE: Reduced my rating to 2 stars because they did not put the side door panel back on correctly! The door was getting stuck because the side panel was loose. Like literally would not open sometimes. The clips were busted up and some missing. We had to pay money elsewhere to fix their lack of care!!! We had no issues with the door prior to them fixing our window. Quick same day service! Only took 30 minutes for them to replace my rear driver side window once they arrived. Called in the morning and they arrived around 1pm. They were prompt with communication. Highly recommend! My window got broken into at a local Nashville park the night before. I had called several other places the next morning and none of them had availability til next week. I was happy to get quick service from AA AUTO GLASS when in time of need. Thank you so much!

Would 100% recommend! I had a crack in my windshield a few weeks ago and called Safelite out to come to do the repair. They were nice, and got the job done, but cost me $600. 3 days later, an impact of a rock broke my windshield a 2nd time. I wasn’t able to afford another $600 replacement. I reached out to several companies to see if they can give me a fair estimate. AA AutoGlass live chatted with me on their website, and showed up at noon the next day. They were nice and professional and got the job completed in an hour at a fair price. The technician even showed me that there was a broken piece on the latch of my car hood which either Safelite caused or neglected to tell me. I hope I don’t have to go through anymore glass replacements, but if I do, I will go to them every time. Thank you guys!

We were visiting Nashville and unfortunately had what we believe to be a break-in on our brand new Subaru Forester, on a Friday morning. The Subaru dealership could get the window delivered Saturday morning but wouldn't be able to install it until Monday, but we had plans to leave town on Sunday. We called a few other places who all said they couldn't do it on Saturday or they could only install their own windows (Safelite). We called AA Auto Glass and the man assured us they could come to us and get it done as long as it was before 1pm on Saturday. Luckily the window came in on time to Subaru, my husband picked it up, and E from AA came out and installed it perfectly! He was so nice and professional. Highly recommend!

My wife was visiting our daughter in Nashville from Texas when she discovered her windshield had many cracks in it due to the ice/snow weather. After searching for auto glass businesses in the area I came upon AA Auto Glass, and I’m glad I did! E was able to schedule her in for their mobile service the next morning. My windshield had been broken from the tornado back in early March. Each week it had gotten worse and worse. I had to wait for the stimulus check before I could replace it. I messaged Adam (the owner) at 11pm last night thinking I would receive a quote in the morning. He responded at 11:05pm! Right away! I told him I was embarking on a long road trip to see my family and he came in less than 24 hours! The repair only took 30-40 min tops and it looks great! Highly recommend AA AutoGlass!! Would absolutely use again. The customer service and quality of service is top notch. We were in from out of town and there was a series of break ins at our hotel. Omar and his assistant came out on a Saturday morning after my desperate call and he not only replaced my car window but he did 2 other customers at the hotel as well! Wow. What a nice job that AA Glass did on my son’s car windshield. E was my technician and he was very professional and polite w a lovely smile. He really went out of his way with getting the exact/correct windshield for my type of car even having to drive an extra hour to get it. Really went the extra mile to do the job correctly, it looks beautiful. Also, I called and they were at my son’s place within 2 hours! No more shattered windshield here. Thanks E and AA Auto glass. If you want it done right, just hire them to do it.

Ahmed was very professional from the get go. Gave me a fair estimate for my 1991 Chevy S-10 of $185 and this included everything! They came the next morning and in 20 minutes I had my new windshield that a huge walnut had taken out! THey worked methodically and cleaned up after the job was done. Very courteous. BUYER BEWARE! These guys replaced the windshield on my Lexus and everything seemed fine. But the next day when I got inside the car for the first time I saw they left grease stains on one side and grease and torn fabric on the other (see photos). I called “E” and he said he’d have the owner call me, but I never heard back from anyone. This company is careless and doesn’t stand behind their work.
