Absolutely recommended! Texted him at 11pm and he got back to me at 7 am the next day with a price and availability. Extremely polite and professional. Came out to mtsu quickly and cleaned everything up after himself. The glass ended up costing more to him because the supplier provided the wrong glass but he didn't charge me more than he originally quoted me. Man of his word.

Highly recommend! Quality work done with integrity and transparency. They discovered that the previous owner/dealership replaced my windshield and disconnected the defrost. They restored that. They had no idea how my windshield cracked and why it was being replaced. We were shocked to find my Lexus windshield cracked after warming up my car and clearing snow from the windshield following a January storm! Defrost would have been helpful, no doubt! Level Up texted when they were in route, arrived when expected and completed the work in less than an hour. We have now had both my windshield and my husband’s replaced by them. Don’t choose anyone else!

After Safelite cancelled my appointment and we’re late to call back reschedule, Level Up quickly replied, set a date, gave me quick price, and followed up with appointment confirmation. They arrived on time, professional and kind, knowledgeable and confident, and welcomed us to watch. I was very impressed and felt at ease knowing that they guaranteed their work and product. Ended the repair cleaning my car work area and making sure our questions were answered. No surprise added costs. They took excellent care of my cars need. So grateful, thank you Level Up!

I called Level Up and they were nice and professional from the start. They came out to me and were early . It took about an hour to insert my new windshield. Once I went out to my car they quickly let me know that during the process of removing the windshield my rearview mirror fell and broke. They had already ordered me another one at no cost. When it came in James met me at my son’s sporting event to fix it the next day. They seem to be true to there word and honest. Don't let me forget the great price!!! As of today I would definitely recommend this company 🤗

Awesome job and quick!!! My driver side window was busted so I googled and decided to give these guys a call. They were literally at my house within 2 hours. It's freezing outside so I definitely could not go without a window especially having children. These awesome guys put a new window in and in my driveway without me even having to leave the house. On top of that they vacuumed my car and got all the glass they could possibly get ( which was everywhere). I would 100% recommend to anyone ( and I'm extremely picky). Great job! Thanks so much!

Edit 7/23/25: They were able to come out next day for my car and also had the best pricing around Murfreesboro - I called 3 other places and they all quoted me 40-50 bucks higher. Always great service and very quick to come out. I reached out late in the evening and they were able to make it out the next day on two of our cars on two different occasions. Their prices are usually competitive against the other folks around here too. Will definitely be using their service from now on!

Amazing work! Made an appointment yesterday for 12p the next day (after getting another crack in my windshield) with no issues and he got here an hour early! Finished the job in about an hour! They even got my brother in law fit in for an appointment at the same time after he went out to inquire about getting his windshield fixed as well! Very nice price as well for both vehicles. 10/10 highly recommend!

Great service, very friendly… James was super efficient on the service he was actually here doing my sister’s windshield and I just asked about mine and he ordered all the parts right then and there came back that day and finished mine! Even received a free cleaning of the inside of the car as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Level Up Auto Glass is the best!! I called for an appointment, and they were able to come out early the next morning and fix it! My passenger side rear window was broken into, and he fixed it up in 30 mins and even cleaned the broken glass for me as well! I would definitely recommend them for anybody needing a quick and clean fix!
