4 out of 5 🌟 because I waited in the guest area. The door to the shop was open so it heated the waiting room. But they did offer bottled water a few times - brought my own with ice.😊 There were bugs - large bugs - dead ones laying all over the waiting room. They did say the cleaning lady was lacking in her job. Had any been spiders I would have left!😳 The fragrance diffuser was offensively strong although it appeared empty. Some folks find strong fragrances bothersome. I’m one, but I stuck it out. Unfortunately, when you have a 2021 car it likely has a “smart windshield” which must be brought in to their shop for calibrating the camera sensors which takes 2-3 hrs. Luckily mine took an hour 45 mins. The ladies in the lobby were very nice and were professional. You can tell when someone enjoys their work and these two did. They have a great rapport! Fun personalities and very courteous! I did miss the convenience of when they could schedule time to come to me and do the replacement. THAT was convenient!

REALLY excellent and convenient service. We needed a whole rear windshield replacement and from the agents who set up the appointment to the technician who performed the work, everyone was was courteous and efficient. The appointment was set up easily and the technician came to my home to make the replacement even EARLIER than I expected. All my questions were answered clearly and well and the work got done so quickly! I shopped around to find the best deal and their prices were in line with everyone else's but they also could accomplish the work much more quickly and conveniently. Only one negative comment: we ordered a tinted replacement windshield and we got a (slightly cheaper) untinted one, so just triple-check that before you complete and order with them. I visited the location to get a quote on repairing windows on two vehicles. I was told that I would need to talk to the technician to get a quote but that he was not there and would need to come back in 90 minutes. I live on the north side of town and driving back to the location during rush hour traffic would take another 45 minutes. So I asked for the phone number so that I could call them instead to discuss the work that I needed to be quoted. I called two days later at about 10:30 AM and was told the technician was not there and that he is usually there first thing in the morning. I feel that when you are running a business and cannot provide a prospective customer with a quote there is something wrong and that they did not care about me as a customer. I was trying to spend my money with a local business and now I will have to seek another business to do the work.

I would recommend Auto Glass Service to everyone I know. I have used their services about three times now and every time the service is phenomenal. Heather Cook in customer service is knowledgeable, quick to respond, and always proactive with insurance and any parts that need to be ordered. I hope Auto Glass Service knows how valuable she is to their company. The technician, Landon, that came out to do our install yesterday was extremely friendly, efficient and professional. STAY AWAY!. I scheduled windshield replacement 2 weeks ahead, confirmed the day before the install my windshield had arrived, received a call on the day (at the end of my arrival window) from the technician stating he was not coming because my window had not arrived. I called their number and was told by two different representatives the warehouse supervisor would call me back. That was a month ago. I sent a complaint email through their website and never heard back from anyone. Our Technician Travis altered his original schedule to accommodate our request for a morning visit (which I had requested that same morning of our appointment day!). He called to let us know he was coming within 40 minutes and arrived on time. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very quick replacing our Jeep's windshield. The experience could have have gone any smoother. It was a "10" for us. Pathetic and horrible. I called to let them know the back window they replaced in my truck was having difficulty closing. It sounds like there is a grinding noise when it opens and closes. They said because I am 20 days past their 3 month warranty...yes 3 months, they aren't responsible. Clearly, there is an issue with the components they installed. They don't care and they won't look at it. Go someplace else because these people could care less about you once you leave the shop. I called and spoke with someone about getting my wife's windshield replaced. I spoke with a lady who checked to make sure they had it in stock in which they did. I made an appointment but my wife had to call back to give them some insurance information. A few minutes later my wife called me very upset. Saying they did not have the windshield in stock as they said and was rude because she didn't know what OEM and OEE stood for. This is very unprofessional and very disappointing. When I called back they had already canceled the appointment. Very poor customer service

Dropped my wife's car off at about 8:15, and spoke with the repair technician (Travis) just after 9:00, who informed me it was less than five minutes from being replace AND the windshield camera safety features calibrated. My wife and I had just started home (after she picked me up), and after a stop at the local Kroger's. We did a quick turnaround, and the car was waiting for us in the parking lot. Travis, and the receptionist, were both professional and respectful. Doubt that I could have had a better experience anywhere.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I was told this place was a great location to replace windows. I made an "appointment" over a week ago with the receptionist. However once I drove an hour and after taken off work for the day, comes to find out there was no appointment made. They did not have an appointment for me and they did not even have the part for my truck's window. The workmanship was good however I do not recommend them at all. This was very unprofessional with a company of this size. They did not care that they wasted my time, they lacked empathy.
