I just moved here from Colorado. Back home chip repair service tents are in many major parking lots (we use sand/gravel on the road in the winter to help with traction so everyone gets chips and cracks). I didn’t know it would be so hard to find a company that does chip repairs in Nashville. I literally called 10 companies before finding Premier Auto Glass. They were the only company to offer a true chip repair service. Omar came to my house and was very kind and professional. He filled the chip and offered to not make me pay if it didn’t work. He also filled 3 other chips and charged a very reasonable price (versus the $1500 of a new windshield). Would highly recommend. My roommate plans to use P.A.G. for his windshield as well. ✌🏻 I’ve included some terrible before and after photos.

I live in the same neighborhood as the owner. While driving home from a 10-hour shift last night, their company van pulled up behind me and proceeded to tailgate and flash their lights at me while I was driving the neighborhood speed limit, 19 mph. I chose to slow down a bit because of the disturbance. The driver then proceeded to swerve in attempt to pass me on a boulevard that is too narrow for two cars to safely pass each other. I am almost impressed I was not rear-ended, as they had slammed on the gas and gotten uncomfortably close to my tail light. It is drivers like them that make me consider owning a rear dashcam. Considering there is another review commenting on their lackluster driving, I suspect they are always like this. This is something I will also discuss with our HOA.

A tree branch went through one of my rear windows and I called this place on a whim to see if they could fix it. The technician was incredibly helpful and friendly and was able to drive to me later the same day, which was amazing. I spoke to a few other places who wanted me to wait an entire month. This guy kept me updated on timing throughout the day, was up front about cost, and explained invoicing to me for my insurance claim. He repaired the window in a little over an hour and did really great work. If I ever need this service again, I will definitely be a repeat customer!ServicesAuto rear window replacement

Omar was professional and courteous. He contacted me first thing in the morning and kept in touch with me throughout the day to let me know when he would be arriving. He was right on time. My windshield was replaced and looks like new. Omar did not charge me extra to come to my home, making it very convenient. Also, he was almost $200.00 less than the major competition that wanted to upcharge for everything. Omar was fantastic. In Nashville for a concert and 9 vehicles in our hotel parking lot were broken into, one of which was mine.
