Customer service center doesn’t know what they want to do when it comes to pricing, it’s best to see the people in the actual office. They know what to do

I did not give them permission to text me. But Mike did anyway even though they couldn't help me when I had called them. Text wanted me to give a review. 1st I called local phone# and got the central # not Glass America on Old Trolley Rd. Told me they didn't fix van door windows. So I don't know why they think it is OK to text me. Try someone else for your auto glass needs. 2nd unless they recently changed the law they have to ask for permission And receive a confirmation from the customer to be able to text them. So this seems like they don't play by the rules and whatever they please. Do you want to do business with them ???

Repaired my windshield. The molding was never properly sealed. I called and scheduled for them to fix it. The verbally and electronically confirmed my appointment and then they never showed up or called. I called and try to rectify this and was told that I would be getting a a call the next day. That was 5/6 days ago and still haven’t been contacted. Only communication I received was a text asking me to Leave a review. Well here’s my review. Terrible customer and communication issues. Can someone please contact me to repair my molding please 🙏🏾
