Great experience with Jairo and First Choice. I purchased my first Corvette, a 2-owner 2006 3LT. It had two cracks in the glass when I received it. When I ran it through insurance I spent three weeks trying to get it replaced with Safelite. My second recent experience with this national company and a bad experience both times. Communication was poor with Safelite along with multiple other issues that forced me to call my insurance company and ask for other suppliers. One local shop around the corner from my office works on high-end sports cars such as Ferrari and Lambos yet they wouldn't do the job because they were not confident they could remove and reuse the original trim since the OEM trim is difficult to obtain. So I called First Choice and from day one, Jairo was on top of it. He also helped me to convince my insurance company to approve an OEM windshield even with the car being 18 years old. It took a couple dealer orders to get good glass, first order dealer said it was defective. Jairo kept me up to date with the dealer glass order and promptly called me the day he received so we could schedule my install on Friday after I left work that morning. He highly recommended due to the type of car it was, to bring it to him so he could do it in his shop instead of at my location where it was under cover. He had me completed as promised in a couple of hours and I picked her up. A week later, absolutely no issue. Jairo is a very friendly, trustworthy professional that did a great job. I will never go back to Safelite, and honestly I prefer to give my business to local shops, you aren't treated like a number and the personal attention to my issue is why I will always now use First Choice for any future glass replacements. Great job Jairo!

Was rather disappointed. They arrived with the wrong glass for our 2008 Odyssey, so my wife had to wait for them to go get the correct piece. After they installed it, we were told to wait a day or two before removing the tape they used to install it. When we did, it took off an equal sized hunk of paint. I'm not sure that the tape he used was the proper type of paint tape. Also, the window whistled a lot at highway speeds because the rubber trim wasn't properly secured, and then the rubber popped out, flapping in the wind. My 15 year old son pressed it back and and its holding better than what their tech did. I'm not overly confident that this windshield won't leak in the future because of this. My wife called these problems in, and they told her to send in pictures. She did. No response back from them. I know our van is old, and I'm not trying to be unrealistic here I actually am a professional industrial coatings specialist by trade, so I understand how age affects the adherence of old paint on steel. But I likewise know that our van does not have a history of flaking paint, and I also know that proper bodywork tape is designed to avoid this sort of problem. What really leads me to leave this review is the lack of response, explanation, or attempt to do anything helpful from them. They got paid, and the rest is just my problem. I'm going to buy the proper 1-stage paint and spray this myself so that we don't have a rusted leaking spot in 6 months.

I couldn’t be happier with Hyro and First Choice Auto Glass. I have a vehicle with cameras and sensors in the rearview mirror windshield mounting enclosure. I needed to replace the windshield and my insurance company sent me to Safelite. They replaced the glass but couldn’t get the cameras and sensors aligned. They said it was the aftermarket glass the used and they would have to get another manufacturers glass. Took it back a week later when they got the 2nd windshield in. Safelite still couldn’t get the camera and sensors aligned. They said they would have to order an OEM glass and that they had been on back order and it may take up to 2 months to get the glass in. I then called the local dealership and the said they use First Choice Auto Glass for all their windshield replacements. I called First Choice and they got me in within a couple of days. They replaced the glass and aligned the cameras and sensors and everything works as it should. Hyro and First Choice was easy to work with and did everything they said they could. They will definitely be my first choice next time I need a windshield replaced. Thank you Hyro!

Ona Tuesday, I called a place my dad recommended for to repair the drivers side window for it wouldn't go up on a 2014 Toyota Prius. but unfortunately they were closed because of the Christmas holiday. I then searched on my phone for another place in Summerville and saw First Choice Auto glass. I called the number and they answered the phone and told them my situation. He said if I could come in tomorrow around 11:30am and I told him great. I came in the next day and inside the waiting area was nice and clean and very roomy and comfy with big sofas. As soon as I came in I told him about my Prius and within a few minutes, he took it to the back and a few minutes after that, he came out and told me the problem. I had to get the window regulator replaced. He quoted me a price and I told him to go ahead and do it. Within 15 minutes they were done! He came out and took my payment through his phone and one the way I went. Very fast, very professional, nice clean facility. I would definitely recommend First Choice for all my auto glass needs! No problems whatsover!

Go here if you don't care about your car/truck. It took 5 trips, 2 windshields, and replacement cowling due to careless techs damaging my daughter's new car. The first windshield was blatantly defective with blurry looking spots throughout. Literally took 5 seconds to see this problem. They failed to install the 6 clips that secure cowling to car. On the 2nd windshield installation, technician left a razor blade to rust away in fresh air intake area. It was stuck in black adhesive. I would have never found this had I not done the work myself. I chose to install this cowling to prevent further potential damage to a new car. Now my last choice. I was generous with the 2 stars. I will add that shop did order oem parts to replace what they damaged. Otherwise it'd been 0 stars.

Let’s start off with the fact that I am an extremely picky and demanding customer. There are very few people I would let work on least of all touch my brand new truck. After several phone calls I hesitantly let first choice replace my window. All I can say is that their work is phenomenal, not a scratch, scuff or mark anywhere on my truck. The window is installed perfectly. They special ordered the exact brand and type of glass I insisted upon, used all correct materials, and they did it in their nice clean indoor shop. I can not recommend any other glass place over first choice. I will be using them again for any widow replacement I have as long as they are around. You should too, they have earned my business and deserve yours.

Very easy to work with! I wanted to coordinate installation of an OEM windshield at the dealership so I could get the calibration done at the same time. I also had a very specific window of time that I needed the job completed by so I could get my son, who requires a car seat, to swim on time. I contacted Jairo that morning after I found out the windshield needed to be installed by a specific time in order to complete the calibration afterwards in time to get my son. He was very understanding and rearranged his schedule to accommodate me. Much appreciated! Will definitely use again for future glass replacements! First Choice Auto Glass was amazing. Mr Buenaventura made the experience totally stress free. Spoke to him on Friday, he had to order the glass for my windshield because of the sensors for the active cruise control. Monday called me the glass was in. I was shocked he arrived at my business with his helper it was finished in factory quality, perfect condition. Such great people to work with...all I can say is thanks again for a great experience!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Showed up quickly but that was the only good thing they did. Windshield was immediately leaking after they left, they came back and tried to convince me it wasn’t their fault even though the leak started 1 day after. When the leak happened again I sent photos and videos which they read and ignored (texts have read receipts on). Took the car to Safelite who properly fixed it but water damage was already done to the metal and some electronics. Don’t let these guys anywhere near your car.

These guys are awesome. Safelite cancelled on me cause they didn't have the windshield I needed. My sales rep out me in contact with these guys and my insurance took care of the rest. Best part is safelite needed me to being my car to them but first choice came to me while I slept for work. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do they are my first choice literally.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value
