I couldn’t be more disappointed. I’m on vacation and got a very large crack. Representative took my info booked me for Friday morning and I even had to prepay for the calibration and preheld my cc for the total price. It was scheduled for the next day and everything was confirmed. I even called the evening before to confirm. I called the next morning and the rep said oh there are some problems and we don’t have the glass in stock. No call ahead no text or email I had to solicit. Luckily I called safelight and they were able to get er done the next day. But damn if I hadn’t gotten that appointment I would’ve been stuck for an extra 2 days. Be wary of this company poor customer service and logistics.

Professional service, timely, clean, and polite. Highly recommend. Great scheduling availability as well. I was going to have to wait almost 4 days with the national brand and this one was the next morning.
