WOW! I usually leave pros & cons in my reviews, but I have no cons this time. Back story - I busted my windshield the evening of July 1st in Atlanta. I started calling for quotes the next day in Atlanta & Charleston since I was moving on July 6th. Of the 7 places I called, Autoglass Now: - responded to my quote request the fastest - could get me in the soonest (on July 6th if I had wanted!) - had the lowest quote They told me it would take 45 min to 1 hr for a replacement (which I thought was quick). I was out the door in 𝟮𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀. When they called day of to confirm the appointment, they even asked if I'd like to come in sooner that day. Love it. Cindy was also enjoyable to talk to during my very short wait 😊

I had an amazing experience with Charleston Auto Glass. Last Tuesday, I had a landscaper accidentally shoot a rock thru my window. I called around and found no one available until one week later… but! Upon my first call to Charleston Auto Glass, they checked stock and availability and got me in that very next day!!! Thankfully I didn’t have to drive around a long time with it shattered and open. They took care of me so well. They even spoke with the landscaper directly for payment so I didn’t have to do much but bring my vehicle in. Their staff was top notch. Truly a sweet bunch of guys, I had family visiting in town that rode with me. Their office is nice and their lounge area is so comfy and cozy complete with chairs, bathroom, wifi. From the moment of drop off to the moment I left, it was under 30min. I was so impressed. Thank you so much for your customer service service and kindness. Y’all are the best!

Hamilton Auto Glass works very hard to find the right glass for you. There was some confusion when I first started working with them on logistics but it’s all ironed out and they have looked everywhere to find the right glass for my truck. I’m so far very happy with them. Update after install - I was very impressed with Greg’s install. He took very good care of my older truck and installed a classic Ford factory glass perfectly. It took some time to find a factory glass but that was due to there being only 12 left in country. There are a couple reviews on them about customers not hearing from them after first contact but it’s apparent they are very busy for a family business and are doing what they can. I will say after Greg’s install it was well worth the wait for my truck. I wouldn’t go to any one else if you have a special job.

In terms of value this is the best place in Charleston based on my experience. We shopped around, getting quotes for power window replacement from every place in the area, and Holy City was the least expensive by a landslide. Was a little worried that the money saved would result in a cheaply done job but thankfully that was far from the case. He showed up on time and had the window replaced in a quick half hour and I have no complaints. Window looks awesome! I called Dominic to get his opinion on fixing a back window in my wifes car that other glass companies told me couldnt be fixed. Not only did he replace the glass, he did an AMAZING job!! He even replaced the interior trim that i removed. It looks completely factory and like nothing happened. Its really incredible how fast he is too.
