About 4 years ago, I had two windshields replaced / installed in my car by Palmetto Auto Glass. They did the job very well, but I had a recent concern about some details on my car that (initially) seemed related. I called and inquired about my concerns, so the company owner quickly responded to my house and assisted me in correcting the issues, even though we discovered that they were completely unrelated to his work from four years ago. Harry did a fantastic job on my windshield. This was the first time I had to have this done and I wasn't really sure how the processed worked with insurance. He made it super easy, took all my info, and called the insurance company. I verified my policy over the phone and scheduled with him for the install the next day. He showed up on time, called to let me know he was on the way, did a fantastic job with the install, and was very professional and kind. He made it so easy and I am thankful for his customer service and quality service when you can never really be too sure nowadays. Thank you for a job well done. Harry was my glass technician. He was knowledgeable, professional, polite. He went above and beyond when replacing my rear windshield. Have 2021 Highlander and it was a unique situation but Harry made it happen and got window replaced and all broken glass removed. He made sure everything was correct and done to my liking. I can tell he is good quality people. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needed glass replaced. Had a few cracks and chips in my windshield and submitted a claim through my insurance company. They had a number of companies to choose from, but I chose Palmetto Auto Glass because they are locally owned and operated- best decision ever! Harry called almost immediately and we set a date. He showed up as scheduled and quickly but efficiently replaced my windshield. It was obvious he takes pride in his work, no scratches or lose insulation anywhere, looks like new. Service and installation from Harry @ Palmetto Auto Glass were first rate. After being frustrated in my dealings with a very well-known auto glass provider (having been told that the windshield on my two year old Lexus was special order and that it would take another week beyond the 5 days I had already waited). I asked my insurance carrier to suggest another vendor...Palmetto! Harry gave the matter the priority attention that it needed, found the proper windshield in a day, and installed it 24hrs later!!! My experience with Palmetto auto glass was the best of any I’ve ever experienced in Charleston in 25 years. The installer had a high degree of integrity, did not rush on the job and did more rust prevention and treatment and he actually was obligated to perform. He also was willing to travel further distance than we had agreed-upon, which changed based on my work schedule. His communication was superb and the result was phenomenal. I am very pleased with the service I received! Palmetto Auto Glass got me on the schedule quickly and came to my work (in the middle of nowhere) to install a new windshield after I got pinged by flying debris on I-26. In addition to the ease of scheduling the windshield replacement and working with my insurance, Harry and all the staff were incredibly friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. If you need a windshield repaired or replaced, this is the company!

I HIGHLY recommend Palmetto Auto glass for your windshield replacement. Harry was able to get my replacement windshield and perform the installation within a couple of days. He even drove all the way out to where I work in Huger. His work is top notch. It down poured rain shortly after the install and there were no leaks. I do most all of my own work to my car because I don't trust anyone else working on it, but Harry is one to trust with windshields.

Harry is a breath of fresh air in an industry that I've had too many bad experiences with. He's friendly, helpful, arrives when he said he would, and did an exceptional job replacing my windshield. I never knew getting a simple quote could be so very complicated, Most companies just need the make and model, this one I'm surprised didnt ask me for a social and birth certificate, and couldn't even give me an immediate quote, it's a quote, I understand that for transaction purposes all info is needed, but be real you don't need the vin for a quote.
