NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD AND A LIAR. I scheduled an appointment with Dominic on a certain date because I'll be moving out of town soon. He said he'll arrive between 12-4pm. It was 2pm and so I called to confirm if he would be able to arrive on time. He said the appointment was the day after which wouldn't make sense because I would be gone! My windshield was "special order" so he had to pick it up (even though I see 20 jettas a day) at a warehouse the next day. He most definitely told me he would be able to do the day I scheduled it and told it to my insurance because both him and and my insurer gave me the exact same dates and times. The man clearly lied about his availability hoping I will submit to his leverage. I will not support the shady businesses of those who swindle and mislead their consumers.

In terms of value this is the best place in Charleston based on my experience. We shopped around, getting quotes for power window replacement from every place in the area, and Holy City was the least expensive by a landslide. Was a little worried that the money saved would result in a cheaply done job but thankfully that was far from the case. He showed up on time and had the window replaced in a quick half hour and I have no complaints. Window looks awesome! I just purchased a 2005 Malibu Maxx Saturday night and it had a cracked windshield as I left the DMV yesterday I happen to get pulled over and the cop gave me a warning citation for the windshield. I called holy City Auto Glass after doing a Google search where they had high ratings, most competitive pricing and was able to book an appointment the next day. I definitely recommend!!! HCAG is fast and is preapproved with USAA insurance. We are vacationing here and on the first night our truck was broke into. Safe lite was booked until after our vacation but I emailed HCAG on Saturday night and he emailed Sunday morning that he would fix it Monday. And he did!! We were relieved to get it fixed so fast and be able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. I checked Google reviews when I needed a new windshield on my car. Holy City Auto Glass scored well and I called them. The owner/operator answered. ( He told me his name yesterday but I forgot it). He told me exactly how to get the windshield replaced through my insurance company. I called them. Everything worked exactly as he represented. He came out the next morning on time. He did the work. He was all business and very polite. I really appreciated the good work and am happy to leave this review with you all.

Guess this place fell off- called to have a window installed which I already had the part for and was informed I couldn’t schedule appointment for a couple days, unfortunate but fine. When I asked what time they said between 2-5pm, I informed them I had work until 2 but that would be fine. Guy threw a hissy fit for asking specifically what time but then the day comes around they call me at 1:30 (couldn't answer at work). Called them several times when I got off at 2 no answer. Unreliable and rude.

Dominic demonstrated his skill on both ends of the automotive spectrum. Did a replacement windshield for my daughter's 2013 Chevy Spark and then turned to my 51 year old 1969 VW Squareback and installed a new windshield and gasket, easily installing the chrome and setting it all in place. I highly recommend doing business with Dominic at Holy City Auto Glass. Coordinating glass replacement with Dominic has gone smoothly every time which, for me is super important having small fleet of service vehicles that are always moving around town. On top of that, the pricing is overly reasonable. I would truly be willing to pay more than I’ve been charged, and that is the definition of VALUE. Dominic has overdelivered every time.

I HIGHLY recommend Holy City Auto Glass! He installed two of my windshields in my jetta. He was also very very patient as they were both tinted before getting to him and he made sure to set up an appointment to come out to me to install very professionally. I wouldn’t go with anyone else, even with living in Maryland now if I ever need a new windshield I’ll be making a road trip just to have him install a new one! ☺️👌

Absolutely amazing service! Dominic went over and beyond. Having my window shattered by a golf player was a stressful event. Holy City Auto Glass eased that stress by taking care of everything quickly. They offered advice about details I was in too much shock to think of.
