I called and set up an appointment with a lady at the Grants Pass location and then called my insurance to have the information sent over to the shop. I then called the lady back to confirm and she said that they would see me the next week. Went down the day of my scheduled appointment and got told that there was no record of me in their system and nothing from the insurance. The lady working tried to say it was all the insurances fault, but I set up the appointment by phone and they had no record of that and the lady didn't let me know when I confirmed that they hadn't received anything from my insurance. She then said that they could fix it a week later and I said forget it. Wouldn't recommend going to a place that can't schedule an appointment correctly or at least try to make things right within a reasonable time.

I came to Bill's glass in Gants Pass thru State Farm insurance. From the very beginning Brea, office person, mismanaged and miscommunicated. She talked over and around my concerns, scheduled my appointment incorrectly as well as not ordering the correct parts. The rest of their crew tried their best to correct things, but I called my State Farm agent and turned it over to,them to handle. Brea wasted a day of my time, and made me feel like it was my fault! Plus, when I arrived to PU my van, which was not fixed, I thought she and the man in her office were both employees. Then they started making out! Yes, her boyfriend/husband was there in the waiting room/reception area visiting for about an hour. Its not the crew's fault and they do good work, but Brea does them no credit. I

I went in to get a chip filled after waiting for them to get their product for the service for a week. I was told by a lady with long blonde hair that the chip had already been filled and that she could see burn marks, so they sent me away. I ended up retracing my steps and making sure my mechanic didn't do this, he assured me he did not. So I give them a call and let them know it indeed hadn't been filled. The lady, same one that looked at it, was super rude and condescending over the phone and in person, insisted that she was right, but then said I guess we can look at it tomorrow because they didn't have the product!! Poor customer service, rude and condescending. I will take my business elsewhere. Wish I could rate 0 stars!

I recently had the misfortune of having a rock hit my windshield. I called Bill's and spoke to Sara. She was very clear and knowledgeable and arranged an appointment. I took it in and I couldn't believe the awesome service I received. The techs explained what they were going to do and provided updates during the replacement. While I waited, many folks came in for various reasons and each one was treated with professionalism and caring. In fact, because of Sara's and Angie's great customer service skills, several customers opted to have their work done at Bill's. Sara definitely should get a raise for her great relationship with customers. The best service ever. Thanks you!

Way over priced for a simple window replacement. 20 min install cost 180. To top it all off they managed to fit the rear window in that they couldn't fit the first time. So I had to order another window, they did not install the new window and made the first window fit. This cost me an additional trip and a window that I have to resale because they couldn't get the window in the first time. I used to love going to bills as they were reliable. Seems as though time has made them lazy and expensive. Going to look for business elsewhere.

Thank you Austin, Monica, Doug and Telly at Advanced Glass! I had a spider web crack filled about 3 years ago and on Leap Year the morning frost sent it off from driver bottom corner to the passenger bottom corner. I knew I had to call 2 people, my insurance and Advanced Glass. I called on a Wednesday and they had it fixed and back in my hands about 10 AM on Thursday! Fast and wonderful caring work...AND its warrantied! So good to know that my family and I are safe on the road again. Thank you, Thank you.

My 18 year old daughter made an appointment to fix a broken window that wouldn't roll up you said $95 To Diagnose the problem Not only did you not fixed the window you didn't even know what was wrong with it and you took her own money anyway that she made on her own and YOU put it in your guys pocket You were not entitled to a penny and should be ashamed of yourselves for robbing a young lady No weapon or hand formed against my family will ever prosper God speed!🤬

We were on the road with our two small children, one of which is extremely Autistic. Our passenger side window decided it didn't want to roll up anymore and Bill's Glass went above and beyond to make sure that our kids were ok. They shuttled us back and forth from Kid Zone with their car seats and just were so quick and efficient to get us taken care of. Definitely would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again Bill's Glass!!

These people go above and beyondthese people go above and beyond. Pam is amazing and so sweet. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs any window or mirror replacements. If your insurance will cover your damage for your glass or mirrors, this is the place to go. Really, save yourself a headache and just go to Bill's glass. I guarantee you won't be sorryServicesAuto windshield replacement

We ordered 4 screens which totaled 550$. Two of the screens they measured and dropped off were the wrong size. They were supposed to pick up the screens the following week to fix them and never showed up. After calling them they finally showed up the day after. The screens were okay after they fixed them, just a serious lack of communication is unprofessional.
