Flawless Auto Glass

This company is a rare gem. I have a Honda Ridgeline Black Edition, which has the safety tech package (lane assist, adaptive cruise control, etc.). According to other shops in Medford and Grants Pass when replacing my crack windshield, they need to recalibrate the sensors. I was quoted anywhere between $1,100 to $1,500!!! I couldn’t go to insurance because the crack was from the inside… I was bummed how much I needed to spend for this repair. Finding Flawless Glass was like discovering an oasis after not drinking water for several days. When talking to Justin, it almost seemed too good to be true. I was quoted less than $500.00. I thought there had to be catch… maybe this guy didn’t know what he was doing… but he explained to me his workflow, how he installs it, and assured me with confidence that he could replace my glass without the need to recalibrate the sensors. He was bold to challenge and say other shops seemed to be over charging people. He had success with other customers who were in a similar situation as me. He also had a plan B, just in case if the sensors didn’t work, he had a shop that could calibrate for an economical price, which in total still beats everyone else’s price. I was skeptical, but I gave him a try. I was not disappointed!! After the installation, all my sensors still worked!! It was such a relief. I strongly recommend you call Justin and give him a try. He’s respectful, straightforward, smart, thorough, fast, and gets the job done as he says. He even had back up plans. I was happy. 🙏 Thanks, Justin! Justin from Flawless was exceptional!! The whole experience was truly flawless. I started calling Wednesday afternoon for quotes and was encouraged to look into my deductible from my insurance. Justin was in the middle of a windshield replacement for someone else in the pouring down rain at 4:00 pm and asked if he could call me back afterwards. 5:00 pm came and went and I thought for sure I wouldn't hear from him that evening but was surprised when I got a call from him at 6:00 pm. I started my online insurance claim and Justin went to work checking his inventory and was able to replace my windshield Friday morning. He came to my work, met me in the parking lot, and got busy. Justin with Flawless glass was great. I called a couple other companies to get prices for a windshield for my 2017 Ram truck and so many options of what windshield I have does it have this or that who knows. Justin was the only one that asked for the vin # to make sure I got the right one for it. Just want to give a shout out to Justin and his employee who replaced my back windows that had shattered. I think Flawless class should be nominated for business of the year. From promptness in returning calls, finding the best pricing of glass, pleasant to communicate with, and a his employee went the extra mile and took off the back windshield wiper for me along with doing an excellent glass installment. Safelight could do the job for 10 days, where as Justin did it in 2. It was such a wonderful experience to do business with you.

Better than 5 stars Great service on the day of replacement, but more importantly Justin was awesome ahead of time, and has even followed-up after to make sure we and our windshield are all good. First time needing any service like this, for a 2018 Tiffin, and Justin kept me up-to-date and followed up with insurance to get this completed while in Quartzsite AZ. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat... but hoping I don't have to.

I bought a truck from a guy who had already been given a quote and an appointment to get the windshield replaced.
