I had my windshield replaced on my Volvo XC90 yesterday at Deb's Auto Glass. My insurance company wanted to route me to a gigantic national glass-replacement company, but I wanted this shop to do the job because I know they do great work, and they are a locally-run business that has been here for a very long time. About an hour after I left the car at the shop, I dropped by to let them know I wanted to save the Josephine County Parks Pass that was stuck to the inside of the old windshield. When I got there, they had already removed the damaged windshield, transferred the pass to the new windshield which was sitting on a rack, and were prepping the car for the new glass. I've done tons of DIY work over my 74 years and can easily recognize top-quality work compared to average work. What I saw and inspected was top-end work. No shortcuts, great attention to detail, and a serious work ethic. When the job was done, the margins around the windshield were super even, and everything looked great. My brother and I were driving through on a trip from CA to MT. A surprise rock made a crack in his windshield—small but continued to grow. Off an auto shop recommendation we went to Deb’s and asked for help. The man working the counter was exceptionally kind. He told us there wasn’t much he could do without replacing the glass, explained how further damage could be done, but assured us that the break was superficial over structural. Excellent advice and didn’t attempt to take advantage of us while being kind, courteous, and friendly. The body shop recommended to go here cuz they said it is the windshield Donnie did a full test I said no it's not the windshield is this without charging my sister nothing for her purchase for my niece's new used car! He told them to take it back to the body shop and say what it was and they said he was wrong? We want to charge you $700 to fix it cuz it's the windshield part needless to say Donny hook my sister and my niece up and put a ceiling where he said the problem was for free to save my disabled sister some money if you can't go to a class act like that then I don't know who you trust I live in Myrtle Creek if I have issues I'm going to him just saying high class shop

You will be glad you supported a locally owned business, saved money, and the new clean properly installed windshield will “clearly” put a smile on your face.

This place was great. They are experienced, knowledgeable, precise as well as being really honest, nice guys. Never use those companies that come to your car in a parking lot to replace your windshield. In newer cars, the windshield is part of the structural integrity of your vehicle and if not sealed properly, if the passenger airbag explodes in a crash, the windshield could pop out and result in serious injury. Get it fixed by a real professional like Deb's and be safe.

Called them after having a negative experience elsewhere and I couldn't be more thrilled. The lady over the phone was super polite and understanding, they ended up getting me in for a chip fill the same day. The guy who did it was super awesome and knowledgeable, he also went above and beyond finding a smaller chip in my windshield and filled that too. The windshield looked great after as well. I went to Deb’s Auto glass for the third time. Today , they replaced a window on my Winnebago Navion. The shops in Medford didn’t want to mess with it since it’s an RV. Don, at Deb’s, did the work with no problems. And I felt confident because HE felt confident. The work he did is beautiful! Looks better than new! I would never consider going anywhere else! They are amazing!

Best glass shop in town! I went in for tint and a windshield replacement and the job was done fast and not a single bubble or wrinkle even after 6 months it looks fresh. When my windshield was cracked, I had initially booked an appointment with a different business to have it replaced. My buddy who is a local auto body tech recommended that I cancel the other appointment and go with Deb’s. I am very glad that I did. The business is honest, communicative, professional, and competent. I would 100% recommend using them.

I submitted my claim for a windshield chip last evening. I chose Deb's Auto Glass because of the positive google reviews. Deb's got me in today and repaired the windshield.
