I just had my windshield replaced on my 2015 Lexus CT 200h. After calling a few local glass shops, I decided to go with Shield Auto Glass. They offered me a great price-better than the other places-and were able to schedule me for the next day since I mentioned I’d be out of town later that week. Nathan gave me the option of a heated or non-heated windshield. The difference in price wasn’t much, so I chose the heated windshield. Nathan and another team member came out to my place and did an amazing job! I was curious about the entire process and asked Nathan if I could watch the installation. He was more than happy to explain each step from start to finish! I can see why these guys are so highly recommended. Great customer service from a great family-run company! They get a 10/10 from me!

Terrific service. Called about replacing a smashed driver side passenger window. They had the exact window I needed, matching tint and manufacturer, and were able to come to me and install the next day. Nathan and his partner were just the men for the job. They assured me they would take care of everything before carefully vacuuming out glass, disassembling the door, installing the new window, ensuring proper function, and going over the site and surrounding area again with a vacuum. I can't recommend Shield Auto Glass enough. The dealership service center quoted me near triple the price for combined parts and labor and they wouldn't dream of coming straight to my door. Service so nice I'm almost looking forward to my next broken window. Almost.

From start to finish, the team is professional, on time, and take the time to explain everything in detail so I fully understand my options. I’ve been doing business with them since 2015. Over the years, they’ve replaced and repaired multiple windshields and rock chips, as well as a couple of door windows and also the sunroof on my Land Rover Discovery. After all the work, I’ve never had any issues or leaks! They pay close attention to detail and clearly know what they’re doing. They always respond quickly, schedule me as soon as possible, and even come to me when I can’t make it to their shop. If you need auto glass repair or replacement, I highly recommend Shield Auto Glass!

I had the best experience with thys company when I needed my windshield replaced – this was the second time. I’ve used their services, and both times have been a pleasant experience! I had to change the meeting spot to a different location, and they accepted right away. While I was at the dentist with my kids, waiting for my appointment, the team came and took care of the job right there in the parking lot. They were extremely professional and efficient, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The technicians were friendly, flexible with timing, and completed the job quickly. I highly recommend them – they made the entire process seamless and convenient!

After my 2018 Ford F-350 door glass broke I started calling local glass shops for quote and earliest appointments available. Nate at Shield Auto Glass gave me the best quote better than the 5 other shops I called and he was able to get me scheduled the very next day. He offered to come to my work or house if I wasn’t able to make it to their shop in Gladstone. He came out to my work and got it done in 30 minutes..like it never even happened!! These guys are quick to reply to calls & texts even after hours. Overall great job from a great family run business. Glad I found Shield and will definitely be using only them in the future!!

We’ve been using Shield Auto Glass for a few years now. Nate & his team are always quick to respond and schedule us right away when needed. Our cars are all detailed and after every job they clean up like they never were there. 100+ windshields replaced and not one issue or complains for us or any of our customers. Glad we’re able to do business with a local family run glass shop that has a high standard for quality and customer service.
