I called because my teenage grandson thought his windshield was leaking but it looked fine. The lady one the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained it might not be the windshield at all and further explained what it could be. She gave me cost for all possible options. When we arrived they were very friendly and put us at ease. We went to lunch and came back to find out that it was not the windshield at all but a prior accident caused the problem. Further, they took us outside to show and explain the extent of their investigation and to explain a flap behind the tire was missing and was causing water to be thrown up under car and causing water to enter and cause moisture. So, a potential expensive windshield replacement became a $60 (or $65?) diagnosis. They are great and I highly recommend them.

I just had my windshield replaced on my 2015 Lexus CT 200h. After calling a few local glass shops, I decided to go with Shield Auto Glass. They offered me a great price-better than the other places-and were able to schedule me for the next day since I mentioned I’d be out of town later that week. Nathan gave me the option of a heated or non-heated windshield. The difference in price wasn’t much, so I chose the heated windshield. Nathan and another team member came out to my place and did an amazing job! I was curious about the entire process and asked Nathan if I could watch the installation. He was more than happy to explain each step from start to finish! I can see why these guys are so highly recommended. Great customer service from a great family-run company! They get a 10/10 from me!
