Delta Auto Glass (Gladstone) came recommended from a friend. Horrible experience. Really poor business management. I contacted them after my windshield in my 2018 Highlander was cracked. They scheduled me an appointment 10 days out. Day of the appointment they did not arrive during the window of time they were supposed to... So I called them and they said oh we messed up your appointment it's the following Wednesday one week away! scheduled at the same time I had an appointment at Capitol Toyota to get the windshield recalibrated. They knew this because they made the appointment.with Toyota for me! Incredibly frustrating. I told them the windshield has to be done before that Wednesday so I can keep that appointment to get it recalibrated. Now I am almost 3 weeks out after getting the crack in my windshield and it still hasn't been repaired. Then I was rescheduled for a second time with an appointment today. Again they did not arrive in the arrival window. I called again and was told oops we messed up your appointment it's not until Wednesday... Same lady I talked to you on all occasions turned out to be the owner. I told her you gave me the same excuse and story last week... You scheduled this appointment in the first place. Then you rescheduled it for Tuesday. Now you're telling me a lie. I said you need to fit me in today. This is absolutely unacceptable. She took all day to get back to me and then said no we can't fit you in. Needless to say I told her I will not reschedule with you a third time. I have no faith in your word or your company.Horrible stressful experience. Then I had to cancel my recalibration at Toyota tomorrow. And now I'm back to square one finding another auto glass repair company...Do not use this company. They are so disorganized. Do not use this company for your classic car if you have other options. I had two repairs done without incident. And two that were completely botched costing me lots of money, 8 hours of time, and finding a retired glazier to fix their mistakes. First was a rock chip repair in the windshield, the windshield was cracked in the process of fixing it. Which I was told was a possibility AFTER it happened. There was no mention of this prior or in the paper work. It cost me $545 for a new windshield, gasket and installation. I was only given $55 back on their mistake. Second they replaced a gasket on the back window. It was all curly and off inside. The installer charged me $350 and said I could use a hair dryer on it. Luckily I found a retired glazier through Cliff’s classic Chevy parts and he was able to fix the gasket correctly costing another $248. I was reimbursed that amount from the original $350 charge. I was only given a partial credit bcuz I threatened small claims court unless they did something. First and foremost, Leo was a great employee and did a quick and speedy job. I appreciate his job well done. That being said, I'm not sure about the business itself. I scheduled for the 22nd writing down the date and taking the day off in expectation of a new windshield. The day come and no one shows, I call missy the next day being told I had scheduled it on the 29th.. ok, fine, I guess I got it wrong? When the 29th comes around all go as plan. Maybe fifteen minutes past scheduled window but I'm fine with that. However, when I recieved my receipt. It clearly has the second 22nd crossed out and replaced with a nine. If they over scheduled that day, just tell me.. but i was told I was just incorrect. However this is a blatant lie. I called because my teenage grandson thought his windshield was leaking but it looked fine. The lady one the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained it might not be the windshield at all and further explained what it could be. She gave me cost for all possible options. When we arrived they were very friendly and put us at ease. We went to lunch and came back to find out that it was not the windshield at all but a prior accident caused the problem. Further, they took us outside to show and explain the extent of their investigation and to explain a flap behind the tire was missing and was causing water to be thrown up under car and causing water to enter and cause moisture. So, a potential expensive windshield replacement became a $60 (or $65?) diagnosis. They are great and I highly recommend them.

Wow! What excellent service so far! Called missy to get a window ordered for my rv, they came out to my house for a free est. Missy called the next day and gave me a good price and I decided to go with them. They pulled the window yesterday and covered it from the elements. Today it started raining so I thought I would ck on the cover and to my surprise it was double covered with plastic! They must have came out to make sure there wouldn't be any damage.Wow! What service!!!!! A-1 company so far!!!!!!!!! I'm not a person that writes or post things but I'm just very impressed ! Keep up the good work and if I have any friends that need glass I'll for sure recommend delta and missy! Thanks! Paul T

Bad customer service, like others I was given a time for a house appointment that they no showed, it was the lack of communication that was frustrating, no calls (even though I was told they called twice and left a message and they had the right phone number so i find that to be weird) I did leave a message for them when they missed the appointment, the fact I was not called back for them missing the appointment and the excuse of they were too busy made me feel like they didn't want my business, I realized they are the cheapest in town but I think paying the extra money is worth the better customer service and trust they will keep appointments.

We had Leo come out twice to help with two different vehicles. He was supper helpful at explaining how our drainage works on each vehicle so that we could maintain it better to stop clogs and leaks from happening. One of our work orders stated the job would take two techs, but it only took Leo, all by himself and he did an amazing job! He was very kind and professional each time we worked with him. I highly recommend Delta Auto Glass for any of your glass repair/replacement needs. I’m absolutely disgusted with the way this company dose business! Why would you have a business phone than not have someone at their desk to take phone calls!? I haven’t had a single phone call from this company to advise me that they were in their way to my house to replace a semi truck windshield that had been in order for MONTHS MONTHS! I wouldn’t recommend these people if you’re in a pinch for time. I have called my employer who scheduled this appointment and have told him what’s happened hopefully this will be a wake up call for him to go through another glass company . Delta Glass y’all need to shape up or ship out! 🤦🏻🤷🏻‍♂️👎🏻

Several weeks ago I booked an appointment for Delta to come out and replace my windshield on June 5th, which I confirmed with the lady on the phone several times. I then called back a few days later to provide my VIN and again confirmed June 5th. The date of the appointment comes and nobody shows. I called to find out why the delay and they told me they had me down for June 12th. Nope...I would not have scheduled that day...as I planned to be out of town. All I get from them is "sorry about that." Super unprofessional. No cares at all that they completely screwed up my day.NegativePunctuality, Professionalism

My dog had jump out my back passenger window on Tuesday towards the end of May, I was very upset and had called a few different places but none of them could get a window for my truck on time, since I’m a delivery driver I have to have a window on my truck otherwise I could’ve waited, but I called Delta Auto Glass and they scheduled me for Four PM that day but got me in at Two PM.
