Piedmont Triad Auto Glass

After a trip to PA, the windshield on my Subaru needed to be replaced due to something hitting it hard. Called my local insurance agent and they handed me off to Piedmont Triad Auto Glass. From the first call to the finished job they were friendly, professional and provided all the assistance needed to get this done. They helped me talk to the insurance company, ensured the claim was accurate, scheduled the replacement in my driveway then showed up and got it done. The technician was very friendly, answering all my questions and not appearing put out that I was 'hovering' and watching him work. I will point anyone else in their direction and go back myself if/whenever needed. Thank you PTAG team for making this a painless process for us.

I went with Piedmont Triad Auto Glass after getting a high priced quote from Safelite through my insurance. My quote was VERY reasonable. From the people on the phone to the repair man, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was charged exactly what I was quoted, which, again, was a better price than Safelite. They are absolutely the best!!! On time, courteous professional attitude! Expert techs with all the latest programming software! Tim, one of the techs, knows his stuff when it comes to replacing vehicle Windows. …..and get this - the price was $200 lower for OEM than Safelite. I will not be going back to Safelite…..

Piedmont Triad Auto glass did a great job replacing my windshield. They replaced parts that 2 other companies did not replace when they installed new windshields for me. (Texas has a lot of rocks and roadrunners ! ). I will definitely use them again if I need a windshield replacement.

Their work is of very poor quality, they leave it worse and they expect you to pay them, now I am going to have to buy a new windshield, which they want to sell me for 750 dollars, their treatment is very hostile when they do not want to take responsibility

While traveling out of state our 2003 mercedes slk rear window was busted by falling limbs, Valencia was awesome got us a replacement and installed in 1 1/2 days to continue our trip, the installer was very professional and took pride in his eork , thanks

Use Piedmont Triad on a regular bases, can't say enough good things about these people. Great to deal with, on time, great price, and from office ladies and Randy on down just a pleasure to deal with. Wish more company's operated like this.

Awesome customer service. Made dealing with the insurance company a breeze. Came out the next day, after calling, to change the windshield on our 23 Bronco Sport. Did a great job and left our Bronco cleaner than it was. Thank y’all!
