I had a great experience with this auto glass company, and I want to give a big shoutout to Jon and Charles for their excellent service! There was a small miscommunication on the office side when it came to scheduling my appointment, but they handled it quickly and professionally. I really appreciated how they owned the mistake and made it right without hesitation. By the very next morning, John (?)and Charles were at my workplace and had my windshield replaced with zero hassle on my end. They were both friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. The whole process was smooth, and the quality of work was top-notch. It’s rare these days to see a company take accountability and follow through so well. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for reliable, honest, and professional service. I contacted Impex Auto Glass for a quote on July 14, 2025, and was able to schedule an appointment for July 17, 2025. Due to concerns about safely driving my vehicle, I needed to change the service location twice, ultimately opting to have the work done at my home. The team at Impex was incredibly accommodating and supportive throughout the entire process. Not only were they flexible and understanding, but their pricing was also very reasonable—$40 less than a quote I received from Safelite, who wasn’t available until July 21. From the initial call to the final installation, the entire Impex team was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I’m extremely grateful for their outstanding service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

I recently had a windshield installed on my 2008 mercedes S550 and the installer broke my phone keypad cover and night vision is inoperative. The company's offer me a refund then I have to figure out who has software to diagnosis and fix the situation for my night vision because mercedes dealership dont accept cars older than 2010. I understand a refund but I should not be stuck with a bill for God knows how much for something that was working before I brought the car to this company. If you can't calibrate or diagnosis foreign vehicles then you should not work on them. Terrible job and still have no refund. Baddddddd business's all the way around

Nothing but great 👍 things to say! They have always attended to my calls and addressed any of my concerns. I went ahead and got my Windshield Replaced and it looks fantastic! Will was an absolute delight. Some sensor stopped working after the replacement but calling back to Impex they were more than happy to come out to me and take a look at it. Excellent Customer Service, will be doing business again if needed forsure! Edit: After some time noticed a few scratches on the windshield and it appears to be the glass is not scratch free like you would expect from a Standard Windshield. But i guess you get what you pay for. 🤷‍♂️

I've had the unfortunate reality of needing to replace the windshield on my 2024 Hyundai Palisade twice in 6 mo. :( I called around the first time to get multiple quotes, and Impex was at the lower end of the quotes I received. What made me choose them was their timeliness, and they came to my house to do the work, which meant I didn't have to take time off of work to get this done! They had the windshield replace with rain sensors and HUD recalibrated in 30 min. The second time I needed it replaced, it was a no-brainer. Same experience as the first time. I'm a fan!

My car was vandalized last Friday. The driver side window was shattered and the windshield was busted in 4 places. Jordan Eggen with Impex Auto Glass came out and did an amazing job! He was on time and very courteous and professional. He also was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions. The windows have never looked better. I can't say enough good stuff about Jordan and Impex Auto Glass. I am recommending them to all my friends and family. They have a customer for life should I ever need them again! They were so accommodating and installed my glass while I was still asleep for work. Safelite auto glass quoted me $800 and they were way more affordable and had quality service. The kind lady who answered the phone was very inviting and informative when it came to my questions regarding the install. The tech who came out was quick and efficient. I am definitely recommending to everyone who will listen and I’m also going to go with them for my daughter’s vehicle. My jeep is very happy and so am I! 😄

Impex Auto Glass is a company that is very reliable. Their technicians are very friendly and professional. They call ahead to inform you of their arrival time and keep their word…in my personal experience. They were fast and explained all that I had to do, which wasn’t really much but, I am so very happy that I chose their company. I will not use another. They are so worthy of your business. Impex Auto Glass Cheryl Mulroney Just had my windshield replaced by John Miller and Charles Atkins, they were so good. They replaced the windshield and calibrated it in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable about the products. Also gave me useful information about the company I didn’t know. I will be using this company and recommending them to my friends. Excellent service. Great communication from beginning to end. Rain on original scheduled date and had to reschedule. Impex proactively reached out to me. When windshield was actually replaced, couple of plastic dry rotted clips broke in the process. Technician promised to come back the next day to replace the broken clips. Not only did they replace the broken ones, but they replaced all of them. Definitely recommend!
