Was able to have a chip repair done in approx 30-40 min from appt. start time. Repair done well. Can see a small spot still there but that was expected due to the starburst chip. As long as no cracks appear - will be happy. Mid day appt. Was going to try to work while waiting but no available wifi available, but receptionist was willing to share her hot spot with me so I could work. She went over and above on that - and appreciated. Requested quote online. Did not book. Corp. rep called me and offered a $40 price reduction from online quote if I made the reservation at that moment. Was the best priced from 3 quotes obtained. The only thing that could have been better is if AutoGlass had a mobile service to come to the house at the same price going to the shop. Happy regardless. Did not file claim as did not want that to impact my policy renewal.

Excellent experience with Caliber. Insurance covered my windshield replacement. They were booked out a few weeks, but worth the wait. KAI gave me a courtesy call an hour ahead. I'd booked an on-location swap out so I could stay at work. Caliber came to me. Kai discretely grabbed the keys and did a great job. My co-workers and many of the patients were watching through the wall of glass at my job. Service was provided on the corner of Holden/Gate City Blvd's busy intersection. The traffic and noise didn't affect the quality. Caliber's technician performed in front of everybody and knocked it out in a short-time. I'd never replaced a windshield in 30yrs on the road... Hopefully, never again. Now I have a great place to use if I am ever in trouble and somewhere to recommend to family, friends, and customers. Thank you Kai!

There was a small miscommunication on the office side when it came to scheduling my appointment, but they handled it quickly and professionally. I really appreciated how they owned the mistake and made it right without hesitation. BY FAR THE BEST AUTO GLASS COMPANY AROUND!!! From Patricia answering the phone to greeting you when you arrive is always so pleasant to speak with, to Chris always being open and honest on the best route on repairing or fixing the windshields. We have 15 company vehicles that now will only go to McCain Auto Glass. I have taken my personal vehicle there and I have sent out employees there for repair work or replacement windshields in personal and antique vehicles. They offer better pricing, better quality, and amazing customer service than the bigger glass companies like Safelite. I had a chip in my company truck and called and got the appointment, they have always been great to work with time and days to fit our needs and others as well. He repaired the chip and now I cannot even tell it was there!!!! Best work by far. I cannot recommend them enough!

After a trip to PA, the windshield on my Subaru needed to be replaced due to something hitting it hard. Called my local insurance agent and they handed me off to Piedmont Triad Auto Glass. From the first call to the finished job they were friendly, professional and provided all the assistance needed to get this done. They helped me talk to the insurance company, ensured the claim was accurate, scheduled the replacement in my driveway then showed up and got it done. The technician was very friendly, answering all my questions and not appearing put out that I was 'hovering' and watching him work. I contacted Taylor Auto Glass to have a sliding rear windshield installed on my 2015 Ram 1500. The owners Tony and Jennifer provided me with a detailed written estimate and arranged for an appointment within just one day. During installation, they did not like the quality of the aftermarket windshield. When they could not reach me by phone, they upgraded the rear window to a factory, original equipment part which fit perfectly and looked great. I offered to pay them for the difference in the cost between the aftermarket and factory glass but they politely declined and stood by their estimate. I have operated my own small business here in Greensboro for many years and the people at Taylor Glass (owners and employees) treated me the way I treat my own Clients. This company impressed me with their attention to detail and quality customer service. The staff at Windshield Glass provided gracious customer service to me right from the first phone call. This is the 4th time I have had to replace the windshield because of a rock hit on the freeway. I’ve had problems with Chinese replacement windshields that contain distortion ripples, shadows and parallax effects, so I called glass shops all over the Triad looking for a windshield NOT manufactured in China. Most of the shops would not accommodate me, and the one that said they could “try” were charging 40% higher fees than the others. When I called Windshield Glass, Sharon told me she could order a locally manufactured windshield immediately at no extra charge. The beautiful windshield they installed is clear and distortion-free. I am so happy I found Windshield Glass and I recommend them to anyone who wants excellent product and excellent service at reasonable prices.
