Auto Glass Now

Was able to have a chip repair done in approx 30-40 min from appt. start time. Repair done well. Can see a small spot still there but that was expected due to the starburst chip. As long as no cracks appear - will be happy. Mid day appt. Was going to try to work while waiting but no available wifi available, but receptionist was willing to share her hot spot with me so I could work. She went over and above on that - and appreciated. Requested quote online. Did not book. Corp. rep called me and offered a $40 price reduction from online quote if I made the reservation at that moment. Was the best priced from 3 quotes obtained. The only thing that could have been better is if AutoGlass had a mobile service to come to the house at the same price going to the shop. Happy regardless. Did not file claim as did not want that to impact my policy renewal.

Made an appointment for a windshield repair sound like through a telephone service not someone at the location, which was a headache and hard to understand due to the person on the phone not listening to the details regarding what I needed done. Once I arrived to the location the lady at the front desk said let me come take a look to see if the windshield is repairable. We walk outside she said on it’s tint we can’t repair it, it would look crazy. Then I asked even if it’s at the bottom, she said it’s on the black band of the windshield no we can’t repair it. So I waisted my time and a trip across town for something that should never been booked I’m had these questions been asked on the phone, especially if you can’t repair it due to tint.

Extremely unprofessional. I gave 1 star because I can't give 0 or a negative. I called, given an appointment time. I drove nearly 30 miles to get there, arrived 15 minutes early. Receptionist said she was about to call me. My windshield replacement required 2 technicians and they only had 1. I'd need to drive to their W/S site. Their circus needs better entertainers with better communication skills. The owner needs to change the description of this business. There's no way one employee is performing all the services advertised. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

After parking in a public parking lot, I found my driver side windshield smashed by something like a crowbar! My insurance company wanted me to pay a $1000 deductible! Auto Glass Now! gave me a much lower price and repaired it the same day. The receptionist was so kind and sympathetic. When Dyrel Young arrived, he was wonderful! He started immediately and was incredibly thorough! He vacuumed up every tiny bead of glass, which was scattered throughout my car! I have a sparkling, new windshield and could not be happier with Auto Glass Now! Highly recommend.

The lady at the front desk, I believe her name is Jordan was very kind and made great conversation while I waited in the lobby for the truck to get the window serviced. The window looked great when they were finished not a single issue out of it with reasonable pricing. They had my glass ready within two days and even though I had vehicle issues throughout the week, they were able to work with me and hold the window at the shop until I can make it up there!! The window came with the new seals and was very clean as well when I walked out to my truck!!

I wasn’t looking forward to setting up an appointment or doing the insurance claim for my cracked windshield that needed to be replaced. I really wanted OEM glass too and thought I was going to be fought on it .Setting up a claim was really easy because of an agent named Sabrina Moody at Auto Glass Now. She worked with my insurance company and kept me in the loop the whole way through. Sabrina made the process as painless as possible, and I got everything I needed done + done VERY WELL. Quality windshield install. Thank you again!

The customer service of the ladies upfront was excellent. They were very cordial and kind even in my mix up they exceeded my expectation. Got my front window on GMC Sierra repaired great work and although I was held up coming from Chapel Hill NC and they waited a couple of minutes for me and that meant so much to me. I didn't meet the technician but your front office people are probably a reflection so in these times where service is lacking you " make america service great again"!!.....MTL

I'm really glad I found Auto Glass Now. The price was better than other local windshield Glass competitors and the service was Great from start to finish. The Greensboro folks go above and beyond and do everything in their power to make sure their customers have a good experience, I saw this first hand with another customer. You don't see great customer service like this a lot these days. I will always choose a business that looks out for their customers as my first choice.

I've had my windshields installed at auto glass now in greensboro nc on w gate city blv several times and not ever had a problem of cracked glass or leaking.
