Horrible experience .. I do not recommend Mr . Glass they are very unprofessional I came in to the location with an insurance claim to fix one problem which was my driver side window that was broken into over the weekend left with 2 more problems my rubber on the door frame was not placed back correctly they reassured me that the tech David that worked on my vehicle left early and mike apologized for the inconvenience so when I got there they were playing the blame game I called Monday morning about scheduling &they could not get the glass in til Friday i brought the car in Wednesday night .. I got a call on Friday to tell me my vehicle was ready only to find glass still on my seat and my back window would not go down or up in 90 degree weather one of the techs goes “I hope you have ac” I didn’t find anything funny the glass shop closed for the weekend & I took the rental back and he goes I’ll come to you when the part gets in now here it is Monday I still have glass on my seat and my windows are not operating properly the tech had to take the piece out of the passenger side door to make my window go up for the weekend because the shop was closing i am currently waiting til Tuesday for a part to come in that the tech broke or lost i had no issues with my door opening or window going up and down until Mr glass took my door panel off to fix the glass on my window there service sucks

I had a cracked windshield. I called glass America to set up an appointment. The technician came out to my residence the following day at a special time that I had requested to fit my availability. They had the windshield replaced in a very timely manner. Great professionalism and friendly tech. They did a great job. I have used Glass America in the past and I am very pleased and highly recommend Glass America for all of your automotive glass needs.

I needed a windshield repair and i originally went with Safelite, which was a huge mistake. They rescheduled me 3 times last minute and each time they rescheduled i had to wait 5 days. I called Glass America and they came within a day. It was the best experience, Pete (employee that came) was very nice, professional, and he did an amazing job. I have an appointment for a windshield replacement this coming Tuesday. If the work by these guys is as fast and efficient as booking the appointment, ordering the glass from the dealership and working around my work schedule has been, then they will deserve every star in the universe! So far, superb, professional and lightening fast! I have to add, I tried Safelite...WHAT A JOKE!!! NEVER CALL THAT COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!!!!!!!!!

Mike Sorry, it went badly. Our car, now five weeks later is still in the shop. The repair on vent window resulted in major leak in windshield and windows pillar trim was not replaced properly. I got soaked on the drive home with fast drip on my lap. Dealership is ordering a new windshield. Yep, things probably couldn't have went worse. Hopefully fixed next week. Was very satisfied with my experience. Was able to schedule the appointment easily and within a few days of calling. The technician came to my house and was friendly, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend them. They also helped with my insurance claim - handling everything after the initial call to open the claim. All in all a pleasant experience to handle a bummer situation!

Called this business from I-80 in Ohio after getting struck by road debris resulting in a deep crack in my Jeep Wrangler windshield. Keely was extremely helpful. She walked me through what to expect when I arrived at the office the next day. She took care of the insurance claim in five minutes and Mike was able to arrange a replacement windshield replaced in less than forty-eight hours.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, yet friendliness of my technician. He explained the procedure to me and answered any questions I had pertaining to the repair. I'm hoping I never have any glass damage again, but if I do, I know where I'll be going...Glass Anerica! It was hard to get a good photo...sorry.

Glass America did a great job replacing my cracked windshield. They were recommended by the Mazda dealership as they use genuine OEM windshields. Everything was arranged through my insurance so it was accomplished very quickly and smoothly at my home. Would definitely recommend them.

They were extremely fast. They came the next day and fixed the window. Unlike Safelite, they canceled my appt and said they couldn't find the window. I made one phone call and found a window. Then I called Glass America and had an appt the next day.
