John was a trip-saver! We caught a stone from a truck on the interstate while traveling from NC; causing a chip near the top of our windshield and a foot long crack. I called Certified Auto Glass (at random, based on other reviews & business longevity). John was reassuring on the phone that he could make the replacement on-site (without disrupting the 360 cameras & MPH projection features that others had told us needed to be done at a shop with recalibration) and we quickly made a plan for him to make the replacement on-site at our hotel the next day. I was thrilled to sit in the hotel lobby by the fire sipping coffee while John took care of the windshield in the (chilly winter) parking lot in under an hour. He had me check all the technology features, and cleaned the windshield before packing up his truck. I highly recommend his professional & flexible services.

*UPDATE - after 14 months, the rubber stripping was coming off the driver's side of the windshield. Called John and he came over the next day to fix it. He truly does guarantee the work that he does! We couldn't have had a better experience with John. He kept in contact with us, he arrived when he said he would and began working on our windshield right away. He continued to work with no breaks until the job was finished. Once he was done, he had us look at the job he did to make sure we were happy with it. He was very nice, professional, reliable and reasonable. We would definitely hire him again. Thank you John!

I was referred to John by a friend when a chip in my windshield turned into a large crack. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. He was very responsive, very kind and professional, and got the job done quickly. From getting the glass in to install, it was about 3 days. He made the process so smooth and easy. Another company told me I had to bring my car into the shop to replace my cracked windshield because of the backup camera, but John came right to my driveway and got it done in under an hour. Super easy, super fast, and great service all around. He really knows what he's doing. Highly recommend!

John did an excellent job on my wifes back window which was broken when a rock from our weed whacker threw a rock. He answered the phone quickly, quoted a price, showed up exactly when he said he would, cleaned up (both inside and out) was a pleasure to deal with. My experience with Auto Glase Repair was great. John did an excellent job repairing my trunk glass and was very professional. He used a mat to keep the glass from falling onto the curb, which I really appreciated. My husband was very pleased with the efficient work John did. It was definitely the best option for us.

The back window of my Ford Explorer was completely shattered on a Sunday afternoon. Spoke to John on Monday morning and he was at my house the next day and replaced the window in under 2 hours. 8 days quicker than Safelite could give me an appointment and less expensive.
