They were very helpful in helping me get the cost covered by my auto insurance. Outstanding service from A-Z. They assisted me with insurance making the whole process as easy as possible for me. Extremely accommodating and flexible regarding when the best time for me was. They came to my home with their mobile truck and replaced my windshield within an hour - and this included certain sensor calibrations that my vehicle needed (something Safelite wasn't willing to do due to the calibration and I would have had to go in with a scheduled appointment with limited availability). I normally don't write reviews, but the whole experience was just so pleasant. I almost want to shatter my windshield again :)
